Tool and die manufacturers · Website

Build a site where a buyer finds the tool type, the presses and a way to send a drawing.

A website for a tool room is a technical reference as much as a brochure: it lists tool types, the steel and hardening used, the press for try-out and past tools. GullySales plans the pages, the gallery and the drawing upload around what a tooling head checks first.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For tool and die manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page cannot say everything”

A single page of press tools, dies, jigs and fixtures tells a buyer nothing specific. A menu by tool type sends each reader to the page they need.

  • “Buyers check the press and the software”

A tooling head wants to know the try-out press tonnage and the design software before sending a drawing. Those facts belong on the page, not behind a call.

  • “A gallery needs structure”

Photographs of dies without part, tool type or press look alike. Each entry needs a label that states what it is and what it makes.

  • “Sending a drawing should be easy”

A buyer with a drawing on a phone or laptop will not write a long email. A short upload form with the key fields takes the enquiry in one step.

What we do

What we deliver for tool and die manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Tool type pages

One page per tool type, with part sizes, steel, hardening, press tonnage and examples.

Result: Each page answers a specific buyer search.

  2. A structured gallery

Entries with a photograph, design view, part and tool type, shown only with permission.

Result: Buyers browse past tools by type.

  3. A drawing upload form

A form for drawing, material, thickness, quantity and press available, with confirmation of what happens next.

    Result: Enquiries arrive complete.

  4. A facilities and software page

A plain list of machines, presses and design tools.

Result: A tooling head can judge capability at once.

  5. Mobile-friendly layout

Pages that read and upload cleanly on a phone, since owners enquire from the shop floor.

Result: The site works where the owner stands.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these tool and die manufacturers.

  • Progressive die makers for brackets, clips and terminals
  • Draw and form die makers for deep drawn covers and housings
  • Blanking and piercing tool makers for laminations
  • Auto press tool rooms supplying Tier-1 and Tier-2 stampers
  • Appliance and white goods tool rooms
  • Jig, fixture and gauge makers within a general tool room
  • Tool rooms offering die maintenance and repair
  • Tool rooms with their own press line for try-outs and small lots

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site show prices?
No fixed prices, since each tool is quoted on its drawing. Explain what a quote covers instead.
Can we use our current site?
Parts of it. GullySales reviews what exists, keeps what works and rebuilds the tool pages and the form.
What about customer confidentiality?
Show parts only with agreement, and otherwise use design views without names. Record permission in the gallery sheet.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
