Aerospace and defence component manufacturers · Search engine optimisation

Be the shop a sourcing engineer finds when the drawing needs a supplier.

SEO for an aerospace or defence component maker means appearing when a buyer searches for a process, a material or a part family, such as five-axis machining of titanium or special process castings. GullySales builds a page for each capability and part family, written for sourcing and quality teams, and records which searches produce a request for quotation.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For aerospace and defence component manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Capability pages say 'precision engineering' and nothing else”

A sourcing engineer at a Bengaluru integrator searches for a process and a material. A page that lists neither is never shortlisted, however good the shop floor is.

  • “The certificates are in a PDF nobody indexes”

Quality approvals, scope of work and equipment lists sit inside a scanned brochure. The buyer cannot find them, and a search engine cannot read them.

  • “Defence searches pull in the wrong visitors”

Words like defence and aerospace also draw students, job seekers and tender chasers. Without separate pages, the site collects clicks and no drawings.

What we do

What we deliver for aerospace and defence component manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A capability page for each process and material

One page each for machining, sheet metal, castings, forgings, harness or surface treatment, naming the alloys, tolerances in general terms, the machines and the inspection that follows.

Result: A buyer searching for the exact process lands on a page that answers it.

  2. A page for each part family

Housings, brackets, shafts, fasteners, gearbox parts or cable assemblies, each with what you make, the drawing formats you accept and what a first quote needs.

Result: A drawing-led searcher finds the family that matches the part.

  3. Certificates and scope as readable text

Your quality system scope, approvals and equipment list written as plain page text, with the certificate copy attached for download.

Result: Sourcing and quality teams find your approvals without asking for them.

  4. A page for each customer type

Separate pages for airframe suppliers, defence public sector units, private integrators and export buyers, each using that buyer's own words.

Result: An integrator and a government buyer both see a page written for them.

  5. Search records tied to RFQs

The searches and pages that led to each quote request, written down against the enquiry.

Result: You see which capability page brings drawings and which only brings visits.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

The searches a sourcing engineer types, and the page that should answer each one.

titanium machining supplier India
A page on titanium and high-alloy machining, with the machines, the sizes you hold and the inspection you do. State the alloys by grade, not 'exotic metals'.
aerospace sheet metal fabrication Bengaluru
A page for sheet metal, forming and welding with the city and industrial area named. Link it to your Business Profile and to a photograph of the shop.
special process approved vendor for aerospace
One page for heat treatment, plating, NDT or coating, whichever you offer, with your accreditation scope in plain text beside the certificate.
build to print aerospace components
Explain what a drawing package must contain for a first quote. A buyer who sees a clear checklist sends a better RFQ.
defence component manufacturer for DPSU vendors
A page for supply to public sector units and their vendors, naming only what is public. Check with your own compliance lead before stating any programme.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a separate page for each aircraft or programme?
No, and most programme names cannot be published anyway. Write pages by process, material and part family, which is how a sourcing engineer searches. Mention a programme only if the customer has allowed it in writing.
Can we show part photographs without breaking any confidentiality?
Only photographs you own and the customer allows. Many buyers have a non-disclosure clause. Show your own machines, your inspection room and parts made for open catalogue use, and ask the customer in writing for anything else.
Is a blog worth writing for a shop like ours?
A few pieces that answer a sourcing question, such as how you handle first article inspection, are useful. A long calendar of posts is not. Write when a buyer's question comes up twice.
Who should own the website and its search listings?
You, always. The domain, the hosting login and the Search Console access should be in your company's name, with a copy of the details held by a director.
Can aerospace and defence components be marketed at all?
Yes. Most of the work is making your capability and approvals visible to sourcing and quality teams, and keeping track of buyers through approval. Rules on what you may publish depend on your customers and your programme, so check with your own compliance lead.
Do you need to know aerospace to do this?
We learn your processes, approvals and buyers from your brief and our first conversation and write from that. Your quality head reviews the technical words before anything goes live.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
