Dairy producers · Search engine optimisation

Rank for the bulk supplier search a hotel or caterer actually types.

Dairy SEO puts your milk, paneer and ghee in front of the hotel, caterer or kirana retailer searching for a bulk supplier. GullySales builds a page for each product line and one for the household brand story, then reports which of the two brings the enquiries.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For dairy producers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A page for bulk supply, separate from the brand page”

A hotel searching for a wholesale milk or paneer supplier needs a page with rate ranges and minimum order quantities, distinct from the consumer-facing brand story page.

  • “Local search for your dairy's name and sourcing”

A household trying a new pouch searches the brand name first, and wants the FSSAI licence, the collection villages and the hygiene practice answered plainly on one page.

  • “Product pages for value-added lines”

Paneer, ghee and flavoured milk each have their own search demand, and a page for each captures buyers who would never search for the brand by name.

What we do

What we deliver for dairy producers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Bulk supply page with rates and minimum orders

A dedicated page for wholesale milk and paneer enquiries, distinct from the consumer-facing brand story page.

Result: A hotel searching for a supplier finds exactly the information they need.

  2. Local brand and sourcing search page

A page answering sourcing and hygiene questions clearly, built for households increasingly searching a brand name before trusting it.

Result: A cautious household finds a satisfying answer before buying.

  3. Product pages for value-added lines

Separate pages for paneer, ghee and flavoured milk, each capturing buyers who would never search for the brand by name.

Result: A product-specific search brings in a buyer who did not know the brand yet.

  4. Technical fixes for search visibility

The technical issues keeping pages out of search results identified and corrected.

Result: The site's ranking reflects its content, not unrelated technical problems.

  5. Ranking and enquiry report by audience

Rankings and enquiries reported, split between bulk-buyer and household-facing pages.

Result: You see which audience the search work is actually reaching.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What a hotel, caterer or household types before choosing a dairy, and the page that answers it.

paneer supplier for hotels and caterers
A bulk page. List pack sizes, the moisture and fat specification you work to, delivery routes, minimum orders and credit terms. Show your FSSAI licence number.
bulk milk supply for sweet shops
A trade page. Say what grades of milk and curd you supply, the delivery slot, how rates are set and how a new account is started. Hotels and sweet shops want a reliable van.
ghee manufacturer FSSAI licensed
A ghee page. Say how it is made, the pack sizes, shelf life and licence details. Leave out health claims, and show the batch details on the pack photograph.
fresh milk home delivery in Whitefield
A household page. List areas covered, delivery times, how subscriptions work, how to pause and how to pay. Match it to the Business Profile so local searches find it.
milk booth distributorship
A dealer page. Say what a booth owner needs (space, cold storage, licence), the support you give and how to apply. It also explains the product range to a new retailer.
A2 milk near me
A product page. Describe the breed, the farm source and how it is collected and delivered. Avoid health claims, and check your regulator's rules before describing any benefit.

Who it is for

This is written for these dairy producers.

  • Milk producers and processors
  • Paneer, curd and ghee manufacturers
  • Flavoured and UHT milk brands
  • Co-operative dairy societies
  • Bulk suppliers to hotels and sweet shops
  • Milk booth and kirana distribution networks

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How long does SEO take for a dairy brand?
Bulk-supplier pages usually move sooner than pages for household dairy terms, because fewer sellers compete for those searches. No one can promise a date, so judge it by your own enquiry records.
Should households be a target for SEO at all?
Mainly for trust and reputation searches around your brand name, since the actual daily purchase decision happens at the booth, not through a search engine.
Should the page show farm and plant photographs?
Yes, real ones. A buyer or household wants to see where the milk comes from and how it is handled. Include cold chain, vans and testing, and avoid stock images that suggest a farm you do not have.
Should we list every area our vans reach?
List the localities where you deliver reliably, and keep the list current. A page that names areas you do not serve brings enquiries you cannot fill. Add new areas when the route is running.
Do households respond to advertising for a dairy brand?
Rarely by itself. Availability at the local booth and word of mouth decide the daily purchase, so brand content builds trust that supports the dealer network rather than replacing it.
How do we win hotel and bulk contracts?
Usually by being the dairy that called back, not the cheapest one. A hotel purchase manager tests a sample, then signs with the supplier whose van turned up on time for the trial week. We set up the follow-up so the call happens before he decides.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
