Electrical equipment manufacturers · Local SEO

Be findable at the electrical market where your buyer actually walks.

Local SEO for an electrical equipment maker puts the works, the branches and the experience centre on the map, so a contractor hunting a service point finds you. GullySales verifies each address, writes a page for every city you sell into, and keeps the details identical everywhere.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For electrical equipment manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Searches name the market, not the manufacturer”

A contractor types LT panel manufacturer near SP Road, or cable supplier in Peenya. Your shed in an industrial estate is invisible to that search.

  • “A service address matters more than the works”

When a panel trips, the search is for a service point in that city. A verified branch answers it and a factory pin does not.

  • “Your experience centre is a destination nobody can find”

Architects will come and see a lighting display if Maps takes them to the door. Most are listed at the head office with no photographs.

What we do

What we deliver for electrical equipment manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A verified listing for every real address

The works, each branch, the depot and the experience centre, with the right category, the hours somebody answers, and the product lines named.

Result: Each place can be found on its own.

  2. The experience centre set up as a destination

Photographs of the lighting display, the entry instructions architects need, and an appointment link, since most visitors come once and by car.

Result: A designer reaches the door without ringing for directions.

  3. City pages for the markets you sell into

A page per city naming the industrial areas, the electrical market and the kinds of projects you have supplied there.

Result: A search naming a city has something to open.

  4. Service points listed where breakdowns happen

Every service address on the map with a direct number and the hours it is staffed, so a tripped panel finds help rather than the head office.

Result: An urgent call reaches an engineer nearby.

  5. One set of details across every directory

Name, address and phone checked on Maps, IndiaMART, JustDial, TradeIndia and the listings left behind at a previous address.

Result: A buyer checking you up finds one company.

  6. Calls and direction requests reported by location

Map views, calls and direction requests per address, measured from the baseline recorded before work started.

Result: You can see which branch the map is feeding.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What Google weighs here

How a contractor nearby finds a manufacturer's works or service point, and what to fix first.

Manufacturer category for the product
Pick the manufacturer category that fits what you make, such as switchgear or cable manufacturer, over electrical shop or supplier. A contractor looking for a source should see you make it.
The works gate
Place the pin at the gate where visitors enter, not the registered office. Note the visitor rules, such as a gate pass and the contact to ask for, and the hours. Many works sit inside industrial estates with several gates.
Cities where dealers sit
Write a page for each city where your dealers or service points are, with their addresses. A contractor in that city searches for your product there, not for your factory's town.
IndiaMART, TradeIndia and IEEMA
Claim IndiaMART and TradeIndia, and the member list of IEEMA or your local industries association if you belong. Use the legal entity name from the registration in each, and the same phone and email contact.
Experience centre and service point
Keep the experience centre and each service point as their own profiles with their own hours. Breakdown calls go to the service point. A single profile for the works makes a contractor ring a factory phone nobody answers.
Trade reviews
Ask panel builders, contractors and dealers who have used the product for a review that names the product, not only the company. Do not post a review from your own staff or a relative.

Who it is for

This is written for these electrical equipment manufacturers.

  • LT and control panel builders
  • Switchgear, MCB and distribution board manufacturers
  • Wire and cable manufacturers
  • Switch, socket and modular accessory makers
  • LED luminaire manufacturers for industrial and commercial use
  • Architectural, façade and decorative lighting makers
  • Street and area lighting manufacturers supplying municipal tenders
  • Transformer, stabiliser and power equipment makers
  • Fan, motor and small electrical appliance manufacturers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local seo work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Our buyers are in eight cities. Do we need a listing in each?
Only where you have a real address with somebody in it: a branch, a depot, a service centre or an experience centre. A virtual office gets suspended. Everywhere else, a city page on your own site does the work.
Should our dealers' shops be listed under our brand?
No. The dealer lists his own shop and names the brands he stocks. Your listings cover addresses you control. Mixing the two creates duplicates that push both of you down.
How do we show we are a manufacturer and not a trader?
Use the manufacturer category, say in the description what you make at that address, show the shop floor and test bench in photographs, and put BIS or other approvals on the website where they apply. A buyer checking you will look for those, not for adjectives.
Visitors are not allowed in our works. Should it still be on Maps?
Yes, if buyers need to find the gate, but set the hours to when visits are accepted and say visits are by appointment. If no one ever visits, use the service point or office as the listed place. Check Google's current rules on hiding an address.
How do we get onto a consultant's approved make list?
By being known before the tender is drafted. A consultant adds a make when there is a reference installation nearby to check. We line up those references and your test reports, then plan visits to the design firms in your target cities.
Should we sell through dealers or directly to projects?
Most manufacturers need both, with a clear rule on which projects go direct and which are routed through a dealer. We write that rule with you so dealers are not undercut on their own customers.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
