Mining and quarrying companies · Website

Build a site a purchase head can check in a minute and a driver can find on his phone.

Website development for a quarry or mining company is the building of a site that shows what you supply, where you load from and how to order. A buyer checks it to see whether the quarry exists and runs properly. GullySales builds it on a domain you own, with a page for each material and a contact route that works on a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For mining and quarrying companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site looks abandoned”

A last update from years ago, a dead phone number and blurry pit photographs make a plant buyer wonder whether the quarry still runs.

  • “Papers and permits are hidden or missing”

A buyer from a larger company asks for the lease details, the test reports and the GST number. A site that cannot show them sends him to a competitor who can.

  • “The page weighs too much for a site engineer's signal”

Large photographs take long to open where coverage is poor. The engineer closes the page and rings the next name on the list.

What we do

What we deliver for mining and quarrying companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Home page that says what you supply and where

A first screen with the materials, the district served and a call and WhatsApp button.

Result: A buyer knows in seconds if you are the right quarry.

  2. Material and grade pages

One page each for sand, aggregate, stone or ore, with specifications, uses, loading point and an enquiry form.

Result: A buyer can order a specific grade.

  3. Company and papers page

The registered name, GST details, lease or licence as appears on your papers, and sample test reports for download.

Result: A larger buyer can complete his vendor check.

  4. Fast, light pages for phones

Compressed photographs, simple layouts and a call button within reach of the thumb.

Result: The site opens on a weak signal.

  5. Site and domain in your name

The domain, hosting and content registered to the company, with the logins handed over.

Result: You are never locked in.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a builder or plant buyer looks for on a quarry site, and how to show it.

What you supply, with grades and sizes
A clear list on the first screen: M-sand, 20 mm, 40 mm, dust or the stone you cut. A buyer who cannot see his material leaves.
Where you load from and who you deliver to
Show the village, the nearest town and a map pin, plus the districts you deliver to. A buyer decides in a minute if you are close enough.
Proof that the quarry is real and lawful
Show the company name, GST number and permit details as they appear on your papers, in general terms. Add photographs of the pit, the crusher and the yard with the date taken.
Test reports and sample details
Offer a downloadable sample test report and a way to ask for a sample load. A plant buyer will not order until he has seen the figures.
A form that asks for material, quantity and site
Keep it short. Ask for the material, quantity, delivery site and a phone number. Put a WhatsApp link beside it for the buyer who does not like forms.
Contact details a driver can use
Give the office phone, the weighbridge number and the timings. A tipper driver who cannot find the gate will call the wrong number.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a marketplace listing enough instead of a site?
A listing on IndiaMART brings enquiries but belongs to the portal. Your own site is the page a buyer checks after the listing. Keep both, and make sure the details match.
Should the site be in more than one language?
Start in the language your buyers use on the phone. Add a second when you see enquiries from people who struggle with the first. Keep the product names the same in both.
How fast does the site need to be on a phone?
It should open without long waiting on a mobile network at a site. Keep images small, avoid heavy slides and test it on a cheap phone with a weak signal.
Who should own the domain and hosting?
The company, in its own name, with the login held by a director. A site built by a freelancer should still be registered to you, so you can change supplier without losing the address.
Do we need advertising, or are pages and a phone enough?
Pages and a phone that is answered come first. Search advertising adds value for one material and one delivery area once those work. A quarry with regular buyers may not need much more.
Can you promote a quarry without us sharing lease or permit papers?
A larger buyer will ask for your papers, so we ask to see them too. Lease, permit, transport and environmental rules for mining and quarrying differ by state and change, so your own adviser confirms the current ones. We never describe a permit we have not seen, and we never advertise a grade or a quantity your papers do not cover.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
