Mining and quarrying companies · Pay per click advertising

Pay for the search that carries a site address and a quantity, and block every other one.

PPC for a quarry or mining company is paid search aimed at the people who order loads of material. A site engineer or a purchase head searches in a hurry, so the advertisement must name the grade and the delivery area. GullySales builds the campaigns, the landing pages and the call tracking, and blocks the job seekers and the equipment sellers.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend against enquiries received.

For mining and quarrying companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Equipment and machinery searches use the same words”

Crusher, excavator and tipper searches come mostly from people who want to buy a machine. If those words are not blocked, the budget goes to people who will never order a load.

  • “The wrong town gets the click”

A quarry that delivers within one belt pays for clicks from half the state. Location settings and a delivery area line on the advertisement keep the call local.

  • “The call comes in on a noisy site”

A buyer rings from a pour or a road job and cannot talk long. A landing page that shows the grade, the load size and a WhatsApp option saves the call.

What we do

What we deliver for mining and quarrying companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaign per material with its own landing page

Separate campaigns for sand, aggregate and stone, each landing on the page for that material, not the home page.

Result: A buyer lands on the page for what he searched.

  2. Negative search list for equipment, jobs and licences

A list built from the first search terms report and extended as new irrelevant terms appear: machinery, plant for sale, job vacancy, lease auction.

Result: Budget stops going to people who are not buyers.

  3. Delivery area settings

Advertisements set to the districts you serve, with the nearest town named in the advertisement text.

Result: Calls come from places a tipper can reach.

  4. Call and WhatsApp tracking

A separate number and click-to-chat button per campaign, with the call length noted.

Result: You know which campaign produced a site visit and a load.

  5. Search terms review

A reading of the terms that triggered your advertisements, with what was added or blocked and why.

Result: The owner sees where the spend went, in plain words.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches to bid on and block

The searches worth paying for at a quarry, and the ones to keep out.

M-sand, jelly or aggregate supplier plus town
Bid, one campaign per material. The buyer has a site and a date. Put the grade, the load size and the delivery area in the advertisement.
Bulk iron ore, limestone or dolomite supplier
Bid carefully, in a small campaign for plant buyers. Land on a page with grades, test report details and the transport route, and ask for the quantity per lot.
Granite or stone blocks for export
Bid with its own page. An importer or an agent wants block sizes, colours and the yard. Ask for the destination port and the quantity in the form.
Crusher, excavator, tipper or machinery for sale
Block. These come from buyers of machines. Add machinery, plant for sale, second hand and rent as negatives unless you also hire out equipment.
Mining jobs, lease auction and licence searches
Block. Job seekers and people asking about leases or permits will not order a load. Add job, vacancy, salary, lease and licence as negatives.
Where the click lands, and what to count
Send sand clicks to the sand page and stone clicks to the stone page. Count a call or message that names a site, a grade and a quantity, not every click.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the pay per click advertising work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the total budget

We agree the full paid advertising budget available across all platforms, rather than planning each one separately.

  2. 2

    Audit current platform performance

We compare existing campaigns on a shared basis to see where the budget currently performs best and worst.

  3. 3

    Build the cross-platform plan

Campaigns are structured across platforms with a shared measurement standard from the outset.

  4. 4

    Implement and monitor

Campaigns run with budget allocated dynamically based on real-time performance.

  5. 5

    Measure and reallocate

We report performance and shift budget toward what is working, within agreed limits.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we bid on our own quarry name?
Yes, in a small separate campaign. A buyer who heard your name from a contractor may type it, and a rival can appear above you. It costs little and it keeps the direct line open.
What do we do with calls from people asking for jobs?
Add job and vacancy words as negatives, and say on the landing page that you supply material only. Put the careers line on a separate page so a job seeker does not use the sales number.
Is call-only an advertisement worth trying?
Sometimes. A driver or a foreman prefers a call to a form. Use it with call tracking and an answer time rule, and drop it if calls come at hours when nobody answers.
How do we know a click became a real load?
Ask each caller for the site, the grade and the quantity, and write them down. Match the tracked number to the delivery challan, so the order, not the click, is what you count.
Do we need advertising, or are pages and a phone enough?
Pages and a phone that is answered come first. Search advertising adds value for one material and one delivery area once those work. A quarry with regular buyers may not need much more.
Can you promote a quarry without us sharing lease or permit papers?
A larger buyer will ask for your papers, so we ask to see them too. Lease, permit, transport and environmental rules for mining and quarrying differ by state and change, so your own adviser confirms the current ones. We never describe a permit we have not seen, and we never advertise a grade or a quantity your papers do not cover.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
