Oil and gas service companies · Website

Build the site a procurement officer can check against your registration file.

Website development for an oil and gas service company is building a site where certificates, equipment, crews and past work can be checked in minutes by a buyer who already has your name. GullySales builds it around your services and your proof, and connects the enquiry form to your RFQ record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For oil and gas service companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site looks like a brochure”

A slideshow of rigs, a mission statement and a contact form give a buyer nothing to verify, and he moves to the firm that shows certificates.

  • “The site is slow on a plant network”

A planner viewing your site on a site cabin connection or a phone in a refinery gets heavy images and a page that never finishes loading.

  • “Nobody owns the site or its content”

The domain was bought by a friend, the content was last changed three years ago, and the certificates shown have expired.

What we do

What we deliver for oil and gas service companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Service pages with proof

One page per service: methods, equipment, standards, crew qualifications and the plants and project types served.

Result: A buyer checking a service finds the proof on one page.

  2. A certificates and registrations page

Every certificate and registration as text with number, scope and validity, plus the scan.

Result: A procurement officer verifies you without asking.

  3. An equipment and crew page

Equipment with calibration status, crew roles and certifications, and how quickly the firm can mobilise in general terms.

Result: A planner sees whether you have the capacity.

  4. A request-for-quote form

A form that asks plant, scope, location, date and attachments, and sends the request to your RFQ record and to a named person.

Result: An enquiry arrives with enough to start.

  5. A light site for slow connections

Compressed images, simple pages and a downloadable capability file that opens on a phone.

Result: The site loads where buyers actually are.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a procurement officer or planner looks for on an oil and gas service firm's website, and how to show it.

Certificates with number, scope and validity
ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and trade certifications written as text, with the scanned copy beside. Keep a person responsible for removing or renewing each one when it lapses.
Safety record and system
Permit system, training, rescue arrangements and the incident record with dates. A page that says only that safety is first loses the safety officer.
Equipment list with calibration
What you own, its capacity and its calibration status. Add a downloadable PDF so the buyer can attach it to his own file.
Past work, as cleared by clients
Type of plant, scope and year. Add a client name only with written consent. A vague claim of many refineries serves no one.
Registered offices and the people to call
Address of the registered office and yard, a named contact for RFQs and an office number that is answered. A buyer visits a yard before he trusts a firm.
How to send a request
A form that takes scope, plant and date, plus a WhatsApp number. Say what you do with the request and who replies.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we sell our services through IndiaMART instead of our own site?
IndiaMART brings smaller buyers and requests for stock items. Use it as an extra, with your own site as the page you give to buyers who ask for your details. Your own domain is the only address you control.
Do we need English only?
For operators, refineries and EPC firms, English is what buyers read. Add a short Hindi or Gujarati page only if you want smaller local plants or crew. Do not translate the technical pages without a person who knows the vocabulary.
How do we keep certificates from going out of date on the site?
Give one person the job, link each certificate to the expiry reminder in your registration tracker, and check the site when a certificate is renewed. An expired certificate on a public page is worse than none.
Who should own the domain?
The company, registered to a role address rather than an individual. Keep the login with the owner and one more person, and ask any developer to work in an account you can see.
Do we need a website if our work comes through vendor registration?
Yes, because every buyer checks it. A procurement officer who has your registration file will still open your site to see certificates, equipment and past work. A thin site makes a good file look doubtful.
Can you get us onto an operator's vendor list?
No firm can promise a listing, because the operator decides. We prepare a complete, current file and keep track of each registration and renewal, so the application is not the reason you are left out.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
