Packaging manufacturers · Website

Build a site that answers the specification question before a buyer picks up the phone.

A website for a packaging manufacturer is where a purchase officer or brand team checks what you make, how you print it and whether you pass an audit. GullySales plans and builds pages around pack types, materials and approvals, not around a company history.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For packaging manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A buyer opens the site to check one thing”

The brand team wants to know if you do food-grade laminates, or whether the mono carton unit runs offset or flexo. A homepage of slogans sends them back to the search results. A page per pack type answers at once.

  • “The vendor registration form asks for a profile you cannot send”

Large buyers ask for a capability profile, machine list and certificates. If you assemble these by hand each time, the response is slow and uneven. A page or download kept current serves every request.

  • “Photographs of the finished job beat stock images”

Stock photographs of a generic box tell a brand nothing. A close photograph of your own printed carton, with the board and finish named, shows registration and colour work that the buyer judges first.

  • “A small brand needs a way to ask for a first order”

A founder without a dieline needs to see starter sizes, minimums and how to send artwork. A contact form alone leaves them guessing; a short starter page tells them what is possible.

What we do

What we deliver for packaging manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each pack type

Separate pages for corrugated, mono cartons, pouches, labels, paper bags and rigid boxes, each with materials, print process, sizes and minimums.

Result: A buyer finds the page for their own pack.

  2. A capability profile page for vendor teams

Machines, print processes, materials, quality checks and certificates held by the unit, all on one page that can also be downloaded.

Result: Vendor registration requests are answered from one document.

  3. A starter page for small brands

Standard sizes, minimum quantities, how to send artwork and what a sample costs, written in plain words for a first-time buyer.

Result: Small buyers can judge the offer without calling.

  4. A gallery of real jobs, with permission

Photographs of your finished packs, with board, print and finish named, shown only where the client has agreed.

Result: Brand teams see print quality from your own work.

  5. An enquiry form built for specifications

A form asking for pack type, size, quantity, print colours and artwork upload, feeding straight into the CRM.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with enough detail to quote.

  6. Mobile layout and page speed checked

The site tested on a phone, since most purchase officers and founders open it there, and heavy images prepared for it.

Result: The site opens and reads properly on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these packaging manufacturers.

  • Corrugated box and carton manufacturers
  • Mono carton and printed folding box makers
  • Flexible packaging, laminate and pouch manufacturers
  • Label and sticker printers
  • Paper bag and paper cup manufacturers
  • Rigid box and premium gift packaging makers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your plant has no photographs or sample kit, and a site of stock images looks like a trader's.
  • Nobody will update the pack pages when your board or film range changes, and a stale page loses trust with an engineer.
  • You expect the site to win large accounts alone, when the vendor team still needs a visit and a sample.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site list our prices?
Not a full rate card, because price depends on board, size, print and quantity. Show starting points for small-brand products if you have a fixed offer, and explain what changes the rate.
Can we show our client names?
Only with the client's permission. If you cannot name them, describe the sector and the pack, such as a printed carton for a packaged food brand, and keep the photograph free of their logo.
Do we need a new site or can the old one be fixed?
It depends on what is there. If the structure allows separate pack pages and the platform is current, we add to it. If the catalogue is locked in a PDF or the site is unreadable on a phone, a rebuild is cheaper than patching.
How do we show a capability profile without naming clients?
Describe the pack types, the machines, the board and film ranges and the sectors served, and offer a reference call on request. A vendor team wants proof of capacity, and the machine list and plant photographs give it. Name a client only with their written leave.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
