Water treatment solutions providers · Content marketing

Explain why the water smells before selling the machine that fixes it.

Content marketing for a water treatment company means articles and guides that explain a real water problem before introducing a solution. The problem might be why borewell water smells of sulphur, or what causes scale on fittings. GullySales writes this and tracks which pages bring in site survey requests.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For water treatment solutions providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A problem explainer earns trust before a product page does”

A guide explaining exactly why borewell water in a particular area often has high hardness answers the buyer's real question and positions the company as knowledgeable, not just selling.

  • “Case studies from real sites carry more weight than technology”

A short write-up of an actual installation at a named apartment complex, with the problem and result described honestly, means more to a facility manager than a specification sheet.

  • “Maintenance content builds the case for a renewed contract”

An article explaining what happens to an untreated system over time gives an existing customer a real reason to renew a maintenance contract rather than let it lapse.

What we do

What we deliver for water treatment solutions providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Water problem explainer articles

Plain guides explaining a specific, common problem, such as why borewell water in an area smells or why fittings scale.

Result: A buyer understands their own problem before they ever call.

  2. Named installation case studies

Short write-ups of real installations at named apartment complexes or factories, describing the problem and result honestly.

Result: A facility manager reads proof from a site they can actually check.

  3. Maintenance value article

An article explaining what happens to an untreated or unmaintained system over time, aimed at existing customers.

Result: A customer sees a real reason to keep the maintenance contract running.

  4. Frequently asked technical questions page

A page answering the questions buyers raise most on a call, without needing to speak to a technician first.

Result: Fewer basic questions repeat on every enquiry call.

  5. Content mapped to your technology options

A content plan naming which of your specific technologies gets an explainer, matched to the problems each one solves.

Result: Every technology you offer has content bringing in enquiries for it.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Questions buyers ask first

What an owner or a facility manager asks about their water before calling a supplier, and the piece that answers it.

What does my water report mean?
An explainer on TDS, hardness, pH, iron, fluoride and nitrate. Say what each reading means, which is a health matter and which is only taste or scale, and which lab test to ask for.
Do I need RO, a softener or both?
A decision page by problem: hard water, high TDS, iron, bacteria. Name the usual treatment for each, and say why a water test comes before any machine is chosen.
How much water does an RO waste?
A page on reject water and recovery. Say what the reject is, how households reuse it for mopping or plants, and what you do to cut it. Readers ask this because they feel guilty.
Is the water safe to drink after treatment?
A testing page. Explain how treated water is tested, what a lab report shows, who does the test and what is left for the owner to do. Never claim safety without a report.
Which Pollution Control Board approvals does my plant need?
A compliance page for industrial and commercial buyers. Cover consent to establish and operate, discharge norms, who files and what you supply. Norms change, so link the board's page.
What space and power does the plant need?
A site requirements page with a checklist the owner can fill in: floor space, drainage, power, raw water tank and overhead tank pressure. Offer to review the filled sheet.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the content marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How often should we publish?
There is no fixed frequency. One thorough piece, tied to a real, common water problem, does more than frequent short posts.
Should the content mention specific technologies?
Yes, once the problem is explained clearly, since the buyer needs to understand the solution before comparing it to another company's offer.
Should we publish test results from a customer's site?
Only with the customer's written consent, and with the site name removed if they ask. State the lab, the date and the sample point. A result without these cannot be used and looks invented.
Can we compare our plant with a cheaper local installer's?
Compare specifications, not people: membrane make, pump, pre-filtration, warranty and service route. Keep it factual and name no rival. Buyers who see the specification stop comparing only the price.
How do we compete against unbranded local installers on price?
Show the running cost over five years, not just the plant price. Membrane life, salt use, power and reject water add up, and a facility manager can compare those. A cheaper plant with no service record loses once the committee sees the whole picture.
Should we publish the water test reports from our installations?
Yes, with the customer's permission. A before-and-after report showing TDS and hardness against the IS 10500 drinking water limits is the proof a committee trusts. We remove the address unless the customer agrees to be named.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
