Water treatment solutions providers · Sales enablement

Give the field team a one-page running cost comparison sheet.

Sales enablement for a water treatment company means simple tools that help the sales team answer a facility manager's questions confidently during or right after a site survey. A running cost comparison sheet or a reference site list are typical examples. GullySales builds these from your actual technology options and past installations.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What sales enablement means

Sales enablement is giving a sales team the tools it needs to sell, such as scripts, brochures, pricing sheets and a working CRM, rather than teaching a skill. GullySales builds and keeps these tools current so a salesperson is never explaining a product from memory alone.

For water treatment solutions providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A running cost comparison sheet answers the real question fast”

A one-page comparison of upfront and ongoing costs between technology options helps a facility manager make a decision without waiting for a follow-up email.

  • “A reference site list closes the trust gap quickly”

A short list of similar properties already using your system, with permission to mention them, reassures a buyer faster than any brochure claim.

  • “New sales staff need a script for the site survey visit”

A written guide to the questions worth asking and explaining during a survey shortens how long a new hire takes to run a confident, useful visit.

What we do

What we deliver for water treatment solutions providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Running cost comparison sheet

A one-page comparison of upfront and ongoing costs between your technology options, ready to hand a facility manager.

Result: A buyer can decide without waiting on a follow-up email.

  2. Reference site list with permission

A short list of similar properties already using your system, cleared with each one to be mentioned.

Result: A new buyer hears from a site like their own instead of a brochure claim.

  3. Site survey question guide

A written guide to the questions worth asking and explaining during a site survey, for new and experienced staff alike.

Result: A new hire runs a confident, useful survey sooner.

  4. Objection answers for running cost and past service

Prepared answers to the questions that come up most in a survey, on running cost and service reliability.

Result: Every technician gives the same confident, honest answer.

  5. Material kept current with technology and pricing changes

The comparison sheet, reference list and question guide updated as technology options, pricing or reference sites change.

Result: Sales material keeps matching what the company can actually offer today.

How the result is measured

  • Tools in active use
  • Time to onboard a new salesperson
  • Consistency of pitch across the team

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What your field team carries

A surveyor should carry the sheets that answer running cost and past service.

Running cost sheet
Cost per litre of power, membrane, filter and salt or chemical for each plant size, using the buyer's own tariff. The service head updates it when consumable prices change.
Water test report format
TDS, hardness, iron, pH and bacteria results with the limit from the standard in use beside each. The technician fills it and the surveyor explains it to the buyer.
Reference site list
Plants installed, their capacity and a contact, listed only with written permission. The sales head updates it after each handover.
Site survey question guide
Source such as borewell, tanker or municipal supply, daily use, space, power, drain point and any existing plant. The surveyor fills it on the visit.
AMC terms sheet
What the contract covers: filter changes, membrane, visits and breakdown calls, and what is billed separately. The service manager owns it.
Effluent and compliance file
For effluent and apartment plants, the plant drawing, the discharge standard it is designed to meet and the consent papers the buyer will need. The project engineer checks it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the sales enablement work runs

  1. 1

    Audit existing material and tools

We gather what already exists across the team, however scattered.

  2. 2

    Organise the library

Material is structured so anyone can find what they need without asking a colleague.

  3. 3

    Fill the gaps

Missing battle cards, guides or answers are identified and built.

  4. 4

    Build the onboarding pathway

A clear route through the material for new hires' first weeks is set.

  5. 5

    Maintain and refresh

An ongoing schedule keeps material current as products, competitors and the team change.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Who maintains these materials?
We build the first set and update them as your technology options, pricing or reference sites change.
Does this help close commercial deals faster?
Yes, since much of the delay in commercial deals comes from unanswered follow-up questions these materials pre-empt.
Should the comparison sheet name the other brand?
Compare by plant type and specification first. Name a brand only when you can show tested numbers for it, and check the platform's and the advertising rules for comparative claims. A fair side-by-side builds more trust than a swipe at a rival.
How do we handle a buyer who sends a rival's quote?
Line the two up on the same basis: capacity, membrane or media brand, consumables, power use, AMC scope and warranty. Ask the buyer to confirm what the other quote leaves out. Most gaps show up in the AMC and consumables lines.
How do we compete against unbranded local installers on price?
Show the running cost over five years, not just the plant price. Membrane life, salt use, power and reject water add up, and a facility manager can compare those. A cheaper plant with no service record loses once the committee sees the whole picture.
Should we publish the water test reports from our installations?
Yes, with the customer's permission. A before-and-after report showing TDS and hardness against the IS 10500 drinking water limits is the proof a committee trusts. We remove the address unless the customer agrees to be named.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
