Modular kitchen companies · Branding

The advance is paid before a single shutter exists.

Branding for a kitchen company is whatever makes a family comfortable paying an advance months before the kitchen exists. GullySales settles what your showroom stands for, then makes the quote, the sample board, the behaviour on site and the handover look like one company.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For modular kitchen companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The quote document is the brand

It is the thing a family reads twice, shows to the person paying and compares at midnight. A quote naming the board, the hardware and the warranty says more than any showroom wall.

  • You are compared with a television campaign

National interior companies advertise at a level you cannot match, and families half expect every showroom to be a franchise. Your answer is the factory, the installers on your own payroll and the kitchens finished nearby.

  • The site crew is the part customers describe

Dust sheets, a swept floor each evening and a supervisor who picks up become the story told in the residents' group. In a new tower that story is your reputation.

  • One name for kitchens and for wardrobes

Families who think you only make kitchens buy the wardrobes somewhere else. Say what the company does on the board, in the quote and in the handover folder.

What we do

What we deliver for modular kitchen companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A quote document a family can read twice

One format naming carcass, shutter, edge banding, hardware, countertop, accessories and warranty, with payment stages and the fitting timeline.

Result: The family shows your quote to the person paying.

  2. A sample board that travels

Board grades, finishes, edge bands and the hardware you fit, mounted so it can go to a site visit or a designer's office.

Result: The material argument is settled in front of the customer.

  3. What the company stands for, in one line

The promise the showroom, the factory and the fitting team can keep, written down and used on the board, on site and on the phone.

Result: Everybody describes the business the same way.

  4. Site behaviour written down

Dust sheets, the daily clean, the flooring cover, the supervisor's number and how the crew leaves a flat each evening.

Result: The story in the residents' group is the one you want.

  5. A handover folder for the family

Warranty papers, hardware brochures, the care note for shutters and the numbers to call, handed over when the snag list closes.

Result: Your name is in the drawer when wardrobes are needed.

  6. One look across the showroom and the screen

Board, quote, van, site boards and social profiles carrying the same name, colours and photographs.

Result: The company looks the same wherever it is met.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for modular kitchen companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how families reach your showroom, how many designs turn into orders, and which designers and builders already send you work.

  2. 2

    Fix the design follow-up

A specification sheet with every quote and a follow-up routine after every 3D design, so the decision does not go cold.

  3. 3

    Build the proof

Finished kitchen photographs by locality, a clear warranty and material page, and reviews from real installations.

  4. 4

    Reach families at possession

A handover tracker for nearby projects, local search and social ads, and partnerships with designers and builders.

  5. 5

Sell the rest of the home

Wardrobe and interiors offers at the design stage, and reactivation of past kitchen customers.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a showroom refit to look credible?
Not a refit. Three complete kitchens with working hardware, a lit sample board and a clean quote do more than new flooring. Families test the drawer runners and read the paperwork.
Every showroom shows the same shutters. How do we look different?
By standing on what you control: your factory, your fitting team and the dates you keep. Shutters and hardware come from the same suppliers for everyone in this trade. What differs is who installs the kitchen and who answers afterwards.
How do we compete with the large online interior brands?
On what they find hard: a showroom the family can touch and an installer who comes back when a hinge sags. A material sheet naming the board and hardware, sent with the quote, often decides it.
When should we start marketing to a new apartment project?
Two to three months before handover. Families start looking at kitchens when possession letters go out, and most have chosen within weeks of getting the keys.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
