Modular kitchen companies · Lead generation

The enquiry is a floor plan sent on WhatsApp at eleven at night.

Lead generation for a kitchen company is the floor plan arriving on WhatsApp and the four questions that decide whether it is worth an evening of design. GullySales sets those questions, builds the follow-up after every 3D design, and works the handover lists of the towers around your showroom.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For modular kitchen companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Four questions before the design, not after it

Carpet area, possession date, who else is deciding and the budget band. A family who will not answer any of them rarely signs anything.

  • The design is the moment an enquiry goes cold

The 3D view is sent, the family says they will discuss it at home, and nothing is fixed for the next contact. Book the revision meeting before they leave the showroom.

  • The residents' group is the source nobody works

In a newly handed-over tower, the first four families to finish decide where the next forty go. Ask for that introduction while the kitchen is still new.

  • A designer's second project is won on the first site

An interior designer risks their own client when they hand you execution. What brings the next one is a weekly update they did not have to chase.

What we do

What we deliver for modular kitchen companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Four questions asked before any design

Carpet area, possession or renovation date, who else decides and the budget band, sent as a saved message and noted against the enquiry.

Result: Your designer's evening goes to families who can buy.

  2. A next meeting fixed before the design is shared

The revision appointment set while the family is still in the showroom, with a date, a time and the person who will attend.

Result: Fewer designs end with a family going quiet.

  3. A specification sheet beside every quote

Carcass board, shutter finish, edge banding, hardware brand, countertop, the accessories counted and the warranty, on one page.

Result: A family can read your quote against a cheaper one.

  4. A handover list for the towers near you

The residential projects inside your installation radius, their expected possession months and the person to approach in each.

Result: You arrive while the kitchen is still undecided.

  5. An introduction asked for at handover

A short request to families whose kitchen you have just finished, for a word in the residents' group or an introduction to a neighbour.

Result: The next four flats hear about you from somebody they know.

  6. Every enquiry in one book with its source

Calls, messages, forms, designer referrals and walk-ins in one place, with the stage each has reached and the date of the next contact.

Result: You can see where designs stop turning into orders.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for modular kitchen companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how families reach your showroom, how many designs turn into orders, and which designers and builders already send you work.

  2. 2

    Fix the design follow-up

A specification sheet with every quote and a follow-up routine after every 3D design, so the decision does not go cold.

  3. 3

    Build the proof

Finished kitchen photographs by locality, a clear warranty and material page, and reviews from real installations.

  4. 4

    Reach families at possession

A handover tracker for nearby projects, local search and social ads, and partnerships with designers and builders.

  5. 5

Sell the rest of the home

Wardrobe and interiors offers at the design stage, and reactivation of past kitchen customers.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

A family will not tell us their budget. Do we design anyway?
Ask it differently before deciding. Carpet area, possession date and whether wardrobes are included tell you the size of the job without a figure. If nothing comes back, a hand sketch of the layout costs less than an evening of 3D.
How do we reach a tower before the families choose?
Through the handover date and the people already inside. Watch the possession letters for projects near you, and ask the first families you finish for an introduction. A stall on handover weekend works where the builder allows one.
How do we compete with the large online interior brands?
On what they find hard: a showroom the family can touch and an installer who comes back when a hinge sags. A material sheet naming the board and hardware, sent with the quote, often decides it.
When should we start marketing to a new apartment project?
Two to three months before handover. Families start looking at kitchens when possession letters go out, and most have chosen within weeks of getting the keys.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
