Modular kitchen companies · Email marketing

Designers answer email, and families answer WhatsApp.

Email in this trade is for the people who work from an inbox: interior designers, architects, builders and the family comparing quotes on a laptop. GullySales builds a designer list worth writing to, sends the quote and drawings where they can be found again, and keeps family follow-up on WhatsApp.

A post room: a wall rack of pigeonholes with sorted letters and strapped bundles, a loaded mail trolley wheeled up in front of it, and on the bench a franking machine with one envelope under the press arm, franked and cleared

What email marketing means

Email marketing is sending planned messages to a list of past and prospective customers who have agreed to hear from you. It suits offers, updates and staying in touch with someone who is not ready to buy yet. GullySales writes and schedules these emails and tracks who opens, clicks and enquires.

For modular kitchen companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A designer's inbox is where a project gets forwarded

Practices pass your quote to their client and their own accounts team, drawings attached. A chat message cannot travel that way.

  • Six mails a year to practices is a campaign

A short note with one finished project, a new finish and your current lead time keeps you in mind between their projects. More than that gets filtered.

  • The quote mail is a record, not a message

Dates, revisions and the accepted version have to be findable six months later, when a shutter is being argued about. That trail is worth keeping out of chat.

  • Families read on mail and reply on the phone

Send the design and the quote by mail because it survives, then follow up where they actually answer. A second mail gets nothing.

What we do

What we deliver for modular kitchen companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A designer and architect list worth having

Practices doing residential interiors inside your delivery radius, with the person who specifies, their live projects and how they were met.

Result: You write to people who actually place kitchens.

  2. A monthly note to practices

One finished project, one change in your range and the current lead time from order to fitting, short enough to read on a phone.

Result: You stay in mind between a designer's projects.

  3. A quote and drawing mail that survives

The design, the specification sheet, the quote and the revision number attached, under a subject line that can be searched later.

Result: Six months on, the accepted version can be found.

  4. A format for builders and developers

A supply and fitting proposal with the schedule, sample flat terms and payment stages, written for a purchase team to circulate.

Result: Project enquiries get a document that can be passed around.

  5. A short series for past customers

Two or three mails a year to families whose kitchen you fitted, about wardrobes, storage upgrades and a second home.

Result: Old customers remember you do more than kitchens.

  6. Consent and unsubscribe kept clean

Permission recorded when an address is taken, an unsubscribe line in every send and bounced addresses cleared each quarter.

Result: Your mail keeps reaching the inbox.

How the result is measured

  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Enquiries from email

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for modular kitchen companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how families reach your showroom, how many designs turn into orders, and which designers and builders already send you work.

  2. 2

    Fix the design follow-up

A specification sheet with every quote and a follow-up routine after every 3D design, so the decision does not go cold.

  3. 3

    Build the proof

Finished kitchen photographs by locality, a clear warranty and material page, and reviews from real installations.

  4. 4

    Reach families at possession

A handover tracker for nearby projects, local search and social ads, and partnerships with designers and builders.

  5. 5

Sell the rest of the home

Wardrobe and interiors offers at the design stage, and reactivation of past kitchen customers.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What do we write to interior designers every month?
One finished project with photographs, one thing that has changed in your range, and your current lead time from order to fitting. Keep it to a few lines and practices will read it. Marketing language gets the address filtered.
Should the 3D design go by email or on WhatsApp?
Mail carries the design, the specification and the quote, because all three need to be found again later. Send a short message to say the mail has gone. The conversation after that lives on the phone.
How do we compete with the large online interior brands?
On what they find hard: a showroom the family can touch and an installer who comes back when a hinge sags. A material sheet naming the board and hardware, sent with the quote, often decides it.
When should we start marketing to a new apartment project?
Two to three months before handover. Families start looking at kitchens when possession letters go out, and most have chosen within weeks of getting the keys.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
