Fundraising foundations · Website

Build a website that answers a cautious donor's questions before they ask them.

A website for a fundraising foundation is where a donor checks who you are, whom you raise for and how to give. GullySales plans the pages, writes the content with you and builds a donation path that works on a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For fundraising foundations

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The donor arrives with a doubt, not a wish”

Someone told to give opens the site to see whether the foundation is real. If registration details, trustees and partners are missing or hard to find, the doubt grows.

  • “The homepage tries to speak to everyone”

Donors, partner NGOs, corporates and volunteers each need something different. A page with a clear route for each audience serves all four better than one long page for everyone.

  • “The pay button is hidden or slow”

A donor who decides to give on a phone should reach a working payment page in a moment. Slow loading or too many fields lose the gift at the last step.

  • “The site is not updated after the event”

Last year's gala is still the headline. A foundation whose latest news is old appears to have stopped, and a donor may conclude the same.

What we do

What we deliver for fundraising foundations.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page plan for each audience

A structure with clear entry points for donors, partners, corporates and volunteers.

Result: Each audience has a visible route from the homepage.

  2. A trust page

Registration details as your adviser confirms them, trustees, partners and an account of how funds reach the cause.

Result: A donor can verify the foundation from one page.

  3. A donation page built for phones

UPI and card options, few fields, a clear receipt message and a thank-you page.

Result: The page works on a phone and the receipt message is approved.

  4. Campaign page templates

A template you can reuse for each appeal, with a place for the story, the partner and the consent line.

Result: A new campaign page can be set up from the template.

  5. A short update routine

A rule for who updates news and when a past campaign is archived.

Result: The latest news on the site is current.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a new site or can we fix the current one?
We look first. A site with sound structure may need only content and a better gift path; one built on something unmanageable may need replacing.
Can the site hold our donor data?
The register should sit in a system built for it. The site collects permission and passes the details on; check data rules with your adviser.
What do we need to provide?
Your registration details, partner information, photographs with consent and the wording your accountant approves for receipts.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
