Healthcare NGOs · Local SEO

Put the clinic timing and a phone that is answered where a family looks first.

Local SEO for a healthcare NGO means making each clinic, camp venue and centre appear correctly on maps and in local searches, with timings and a number that works. GullySales works on the business profile, the listings and the reviews routine, and promises no position.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For healthcare NGOs

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The family searches on a phone and taps the map”

A relative looking for a free clinic nearby sees the map result before any website. If the timing is wrong or the phone rings unanswered, they move to the next name.

  • “A mobile clinic has no fixed address”

A van that visits different villages cannot hold one pin on a map. Its schedule and stops need a clear page and posts so a family knows where it will be and on which day.

  • “Referring workers send people by landmark”

An ASHA worker or a neighbour says turn left at the temple. Pages and profiles that name the landmark and the nearest bus stop match how directions are actually given.

  • “Reviews on a health service need care”

Asking a patient to write a review can feel like pressure on someone who came for help. Review requests should be gentle, optional and never tied to treatment.

What we do

What we deliver for healthcare NGOs.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile for each clinic and centre

A profile for every location with correct timings, services, phone and photographs of the building rather than patients.

Result: The map result matches the real clinic.

  2. A visiting schedule page for mobile clinics

A page and profile posts showing each stop, day and the services on the van.

Result: A family can find where the van will be.

  3. Consistent listings

The same name, address and phone across directories and the website, checked against one master record.

Result: The details agree wherever the clinic appears.

  4. A gentle review routine

A short, optional request for feedback given to a family member or donor, never to a patient during care, with replies that share no personal information.

Result: Feedback arrives without pressure and replies stay private.

  5. Landmark and route wording

Directions on the page written as people give them, with landmark, nearest stop and the entrance to use.

Result: A first-time visitor reaches the right door.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we show patient photographs on our profile?
Use photographs of the building, signage and equipment. Do not post a patient's face without clear written consent, and rules for health advertising differ by state and profession, so check with your own adviser.
A phone number on the profile rings unanswered. What do we do?
Fix the number before improving anything else. Name a person or a desk to answer during opening hours, and give an alternate if it is busy. A missed call costs more than a missing page.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
