Healthcare NGOs · Website

Give each camp, clinic and fund its own page, with a phone that is answered.

A website for a healthcare NGO is the place where a family finds the clinic, a donor finds the fund and a CSR team finds the records. GullySales plans the pages, writes the structure and wording, and builds a site that opens easily on a basic phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For healthcare NGOs

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first need is the address and timing”

A family arriving on the site wants to know where, when and for whom. If that sits behind a long story on the home page, they leave before reading it.

  • “One donate button hides the choice”

A visitor who wants to fund dialysis or a mobile clinic cannot do so from a general button. Separate fund pages, each saying what the money pays for, let a donor choose.

  • “Trust is shown with facts you can supply”

Named doctors, partner hospitals, the registrations the trust holds and its governing members give a CSR team what it checks. Only state what your records support.

  • “Stories need consent built into the page”

A patient story on a public page is hard to withdraw once copied. Use consented, cleared stories and a visible way for a family to ask for removal.

What we do

What we deliver for healthcare NGOs.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page map

A plan listing every page needed: each clinic, camp, fund, about, governance, contact and reports.

Result: The site covers every visitor's question.

  2. Programme and fund pages

A page each for programmes and treatment funds, stating who is served and what a gift pays for, without outcome claims.

Result: Donors can choose a specific fund.

  3. A governance and records page

A place for documents and facts you hold, such as board members, partner hospitals and reports.

Result: A CSR team finds its checks in one place.

  4. A contact page that works

Phone, address, map and opening times, with a named desk to answer and an alternate.

Result: A family can reach a person.

  5. A mobile-first build

A light, simple layout that works on a basic phone and low bandwidth, with large text and clear buttons.

Result: The site opens easily where connections are poor.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
Review the old one first. If the pages are accurate and it opens well on a phone, restructure it. If it is hard to edit or confusing, rebuilding may cost less than patching.
Who keeps the site current?
Name an owner on your team. We build routines so a camp page is added before the event and closed after. A site that is not updated sends families to events that are over.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
