Meditation organizations · Lead generation

A course enquiry is a person asking which centre, which date and whether a seat is open.

Lead generation for a meditation organization is the work of turning a stranger's curiosity about the method into a named enquiry at the chapter nearest them. GullySales works on the enquiry routes, the course pages behind them and the record that shows which route brought whom.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For meditation organizations

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The enquiry is local even when the name is national”

A person who hears about the method from a colleague wants the centre in their own city. If the first page they reach is a head office page with a generic form, the enquiry goes nowhere near the chapter that holds the course.

  • “A friend's recommendation arrives without a link”

The strongest source is a participant telling a relative about the course. That relative searches the method's name, lands on whichever page ranks and never says who sent them, so the source is lost unless the form asks.

  • “Corporate and school requests are leads too”

An HR head or a principal who writes to the organization is a buyer for a whole room of people. That request is rarely logged as a lead, sits in one volunteer's inbox and is answered when the volunteer next has an evening free.

  • “Volunteers count enquiries differently”

One chapter counts phone calls, another counts forms, a third counts people who turned up. Without one definition of an enquiry, the organization cannot say which route is worth the effort of the volunteers who run it.

What we do

What we deliver for meditation organizations.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. One enquiry form for every chapter

A single form that asks for the city, the course and how the person heard of it, and sends the enquiry to the chapter that runs that course.

Result: Each enquiry reaches the right chapter with its source attached.

  2. Course pages written for the person who has never sat

Plain pages on what a session involves, who it suits and what to bring, so a hesitant visitor reaches the form with their questions answered.

Result: A new visitor can judge fit without calling a volunteer.

  3. A tagged route for each outside source

Separate links for a workplace talk, a poster, a video and a friend's share, so an enquiry can be traced to where it began.

Result: You can see which route brought which enquiry.

  4. A request page for companies and schools

A short page and form for institutional requests, routed to a named person with a stand-in.

Result: Institutional requests are logged and have an owner.

  5. A shared enquiry sheet

One record where each chapter marks an enquiry as new, replied, enrolled or closed, kept outside personal phones.

Result: The head office can read the state of every chapter.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Which source should we spend effort on first?
The one your records show is already bringing people to a seat. Start by tagging every route you have now, then read which enquiries became participants before adding anything new.
Do we need paid advertising to get enquiries?
Not as a starting point. Clear course pages, correct listings and a quick reply to each enquiry come first. Paid advertising is added only where a chapter has seats to fill and someone ready to answer.
Can a chapter keep its own enquiry process?
It can keep its own reply wording and its own teacher. The record of enquiries stays shared, so the organization sees one picture and an unanswered enquiry is visible to a second person.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
