Skill development NGOs · Website

Build a site where a family sees the fee and an employer sees the trades.

A website for a skilling NGO is the place where a family checks a course, an employer checks who is trained and a funder checks the programme. GullySales works on the structure, the course pages and the proof pages so each visitor finds their answer.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For skill development NGOs

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A parent opens it on a small phone”

The page must load on a modest handset and a weak signal. Text beats heavy pictures, and the fee, address and number belong near the top.

  • “Three visitors need three doors”

Trainees, employers and funders arrive with different questions. A home page that offers a clear path for each stops them from reading a mission statement they did not ask for.

  • “Out-of-date dates erode trust”

A site that shows last year's batch makes a visitor wonder whether the centre is still running. A named person responsible for dates keeps the pages honest.

  • “Proof beats praise”

Registration papers, a programme description and consent-checked alumni stories convince better than adjectives. Claims about placements need records behind them.

What we do

What we deliver for skill development NGOs.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page with three clear doors

One path each for trainees, employers and funders.

Result: Each visitor finds their route in one tap.

  2. A page for every course

Fee or scholarship terms, duration, eligibility, address, start date and a WhatsApp button.

Result: A family can decide from the page.

  3. An employer page with a hiring form

The trades trained, how to ask for a hire and a named contact.

Result: An employer can start a conversation online.

  4. A funder page for each programme

Trade, location, batch size, process and linked papers.

Result: A CSR reader can assess the programme.

  5. An owner for dates and contacts

One named person who updates dates and contacts after each batch.

    Result: The site stays current.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can you fix ours?
The existing site may be reorganisable. We look at what you have and say whether to rebuild or repair.
Should the site be in more than one language?
Yes, if your families read in more than one. Write each version properly rather than running a translation tool over the English text.
What should never go on the site?
Photographs or stories of trainees without written consent, placement figures you cannot document, and any claim about registration or status that your papers do not show.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
