Nutritionists and dietitians · Lead generation

They ask the fee in a message and vanish when you send a number.

Lead generation for a dietitian is turning a message, a doctor's referral or a website enquiry into a discovery call and an enrolled programme. GullySales writes the replies that answer the fee question with context, structures the call itself, and sets the follow-up for the person who said they would think about it.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For nutritionists and dietitians

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A fee sent on its own gets compared with an app

A subscription app costs a few hundred rupees a month and nobody answers the phone on it. If your reply is just a figure, that is the comparison being made in the next screen.

  • A referred patient has to be caught the same day

Somebody walks out of a gynaecologist's room holding your number, and the intention fades by evening. Ring them rather than waiting, and tell the doctor you did.

  • The person who cooks decides whether the plan survives

A plan for a joint family kitchen fails when the mother-in-law or the cook was never consulted. Bring them into the first call and the programme lasts past the third week.

What we do

What we deliver for nutritionists and dietitians.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Reply templates for the fee question

Answers for Instagram, WhatsApp and the website that say what the programme contains, who delivers it and how often you meet, before any figure.

Result: Fewer people disappear after the first reply.

  2. A discovery call structure

An order for the call covering the trigger, the reports, the kitchen, the travel and the schedule, ending with what the programme will and will not do.

Result: The right people enrol, and they know what they bought.

  3. A same-day routine for doctor referrals

A named person who rings every referred patient the day the referral is made, and a two-line update back to the referring doctor afterwards.

Result: Referrals convert, and the doctor keeps sending them.

  4. The family cook brought into the first call

A question in the intake form about who cooks, and an invitation for that person to join part of the first consultation.

Result: The plan survives contact with the kitchen.

  5. A follow-up schedule for the undecided

Three dated contacts across a fortnight, each built around the reason the person gave for waiting rather than a repeated offer.

Result: Slow decisions are given time instead of being dropped.

  6. One record of enquiries, calls and enrolments

Source, condition, call date, enrolment, completion and renewal recorded against each person and reported monthly against the audit baseline.

Result: You can see the stage where people stop.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for nutritionists and dietitians

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where your enquiries come from, how many DMs become discovery calls, how many calls become programmes, and where clients drop out.

  2. 2

    Fix the first conversation

A reply template that invites a discovery call instead of sending a bare fee, and a call structure that explains the programme and includes the person who cooks.

  3. 3

Show the qualification and the method

Programme pages and social content that state your credentials, explain how you work and avoid outcome promises.

  4. 4

    Build referral lines

A referral note and a feedback routine for doctors, gyms and physiotherapists, so each referral is acknowledged and the referrer hears how it went.

  5. 5

    Keep clients on the plan

Scheduled check-ins, a nudge when logging stops, and a renewal conversation timed to the end of each programme.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the fee be on the website?
A starting figure, yes. It filters out people who were never going to enrol and it makes your reply to everyone else easier. The final figure still depends on the length of the programme and how often you meet.
How many follow-ups before we give up on an enquiry?
Three across a fortnight, then a line in the record saying why it stopped. People with a new diagnosis take weeks to act. A practice that writes them off after one message loses the ones who were nearly ready.
Can we post client before-and-after photos?
We advise against it. Transformation photos imply a result every client should expect, and the Advertising Standards Council of India's guidelines on health and weight-loss claims apply to them. We share explained meal plans, habits and client stories told with consent, without numbers on a scale.
What can we say about diabetes, PCOS or thyroid?
You can say you plan diets for people managing these conditions, alongside their doctor's treatment. You cannot say food cures or reverses them, which the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act and advertising rules treat seriously, and we keep every page to that line.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
