Nutritionists and dietitians · Reputation management

A client who saw no change writes a review you cannot answer fully.

Reputation management for a dietitian means handling a public complaint about a result when confidentiality stops you from explaining what actually happened. GullySales monitors the reviews and platforms, drafts replies that confirm nothing about anybody's health, and builds a review routine that does not depend on outcomes.

A statue plinth seen close: the bronze figure implied only by its feet and the hem of its drapery above the top of the frame, one face of the stone pedestal scrubbed pale and the other still grimy and carrying a scrawl of paint, with a pressure hose coiled on the steps beside a bucket, brushes and cloths

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For nutritionists and dietitians

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Replying with the facts is the mistake

Saying the client skipped their check-ins confirms they were your client and describes their care in public. The reply has to be short, offer a call and give nothing away.

  • The complaint is usually about effort, not advice

Somebody who did not follow the plan blames the plan. Your record of the check-ins offered and the messages sent is for the private conversation, never for the platform.

  • A review praising a kilo count is not the one you want

Reviews describing a number on a scale read as a promise to the next person who finds you. Ask instead how the plan worked around their routine, their kitchen and their travel.

What we do

What we deliver for nutritionists and dietitians.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Alerts on your name and the clinics you attend

Watches on search, Google reviews, the health platforms and the social accounts where your practice gets discussed.

Result: You read it before a client mentions it on a call.

  2. A standing reply that confirms nothing

One approved response that thanks, offers a call and discloses no treatment detail, with variations for the three complaints that come up most.

Result: Nobody replies in the moment and regrets it.

  3. A review ask timed to a check-in, not a result

The request made at a point in the programme when the client is engaged, with wording that asks about the experience rather than the outcome.

Result: Reviews describe the care and make no promises.

  4. Consent wording for any client story

A short written permission covering names, photographs and what may be quoted, signed before anything is published anywhere.

Result: Nothing goes out that a client can object to.

  5. Complaint calls handled by you, not by a chat

A routine that moves any unhappy client off the platform and onto a call with the dietitian who saw them, within the day.

Result: Most disputes end before they are written down.

  6. A monthly note on what was said

Mentions found, replies sent and any complaint that turned up more than once, measured against the position when work began.

Result: The pattern behind the complaints gets addressed.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for nutritionists and dietitians

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where your enquiries come from, how many DMs become discovery calls, how many calls become programmes, and where clients drop out.

  2. 2

    Fix the first conversation

A reply template that invites a discovery call instead of sending a bare fee, and a call structure that explains the programme and includes the person who cooks.

  3. 3

Show the qualification and the method

Programme pages and social content that state your credentials, explain how you work and avoid outcome promises.

  4. 4

    Build referral lines

A referral note and a feedback routine for doctors, gyms and physiotherapists, so each referral is acknowledged and the referrer hears how it went.

  5. 5

    Keep clients on the plan

Scheduled check-ins, a nudge when logging stops, and a renewal conversation timed to the end of each programme.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we ask a client to take down a bad review?
You can ask politely, once, after speaking to them and trying to put the problem right. Pressuring somebody, or offering money, makes a worse story than the review did. Most of these soften after a genuine call.
Is it safe to reply to reviews at all?
Yes, with a standing line that thanks the person, says nothing about their health or whether they were ever a client, and offers a private conversation. Have your association or your own adviser approve that wording once and use it every time.
Can we post client before-and-after photos?
We advise against it. Transformation photos imply a result every client should expect, and the Advertising Standards Council of India's guidelines on health and weight-loss claims apply to them. We share explained meal plans, habits and client stories told with consent, without numbers on a scale.
What can we say about diabetes, PCOS or thyroid?
You can say you plan diets for people managing these conditions, alongside their doctor's treatment. You cannot say food cures or reverses them, which the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act and advertising rules treat seriously, and we keep every page to that line.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
