Corporate event organisers · Digital marketing

Put search, LinkedIn and your own client list to work on the same briefs.

Digital marketing for a corporate event organiser is the plan that joins search, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and your website so a company planning an event meets you at each step. GullySales works on which channels earn a place, in what order and how each enquiry is recorded.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For corporate event organisers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Each channel reaches a different stage”

Search reaches the planner who has just been told to organise something. LinkedIn reaches the marketing head who is thinking about a launch. Email and WhatsApp reach the past client whose event month is near. One channel cannot do all three jobs.

  • “A small budget is wasted on broad audiences”

Corporate events are bought by a short list of companies in each city. Paid reach across all of India pays for views from people who will never brief you. A named list is the better target.

  • “Digital work stops at the enquiry”

A click that becomes an enquiry still needs a costed plan, a follow-up and a record. A campaign that ends at the form leaves the sales half unfinished and cannot be judged.

  • “Offline trust still decides”

Empanelment, site visits and venue relationships close corporate events. Digital work earns the first look, and the organiser must have proof ready for the next step.

What we do

What we deliver for corporate event organisers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by buyer and stage

Which channel reaches which role at which stage, with the reasons, written for your trade.

Result: A one-page plan that gives each channel a job.

  2. Search ads for event searches

Ads and a landing page for year-end meets, dealer meets and launches in the cities you serve, switched on when the planning season comes.

Result: Landing pages that match the searches they answer.

  3. LinkedIn plan for marketing and HR heads

A list of target companies and desks, with notes and posts built on events you have run.

Result: A list of named desks with a planned message each.

  4. Email and WhatsApp for past clients

Messages tied to each client's event month and to what they asked to change last time.

Result: A message prepared for each client before their month.

  5. A tracking sheet that joins them

Source, event type, quote, result and repeat, so each channel is judged by briefs won.

Result: A sheet that shows briefs won by source.

  6. A review of channels against events won

A look at which channels brought briefs that closed, and what to stop.

Result: A list of channels to keep and channels to drop.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should we start with a small team?
Start with the pages that show your events and the record of who decides in your best clients. Add search and LinkedIn once the proof is ready.
Do we need paid advertising?
Not at first. Paid search suits specific, high-intent searches in your cities. Use it when a page exists to receive the visit, and check the platform's current rules.
How do we know digital marketing is working?
Count briefs, quotes and events by source. Clicks and views say little, while a brief that came from a page or a note and led to a won event says a good deal.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
