Coworking space rental · Search engine optimisation

Be the page that answers what a desk costs in your part of the city.

SEO for a coworking space is the work of appearing when a freelancer or founder searches for a desk, cabin or meeting room in your area. GullySales works on the pages, plan names and search wording that match what people type before they choose a tour.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Coworking spaces: show a real physical business scene illustrating Seat and cabin inventory. List every hot desk, dedicated desk and cabin by floor, marked occupied, reserved or free, and check occupied seats against seats paid for.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For coworking space rental

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Searchers type the thing they need, not your brand”

People search for a hot desk, a private cabin for four or a meeting room by the hour near a locality. A single page called Our Spaces answers none of these. Each plan needs its own page with its own words.

  • “Price is part of the search”

A visitor who sees a plan page with no price assumes it is expensive and goes to the next result. A clear price on the page keeps the right people reading and sends the wrong people away before they waste a Saturday.

  • “Locality pages need something real on them”

A page for each nearby business area works only if it says how far the centre is, which roads lead to it and what is close by. Copying one page with a changed place name gives a searcher nothing and gives the search engine nothing.

  • “Photos carry weight on a tour decision”

A search result with a real desk, window and meeting room photograph gets opened. Stock images of smiling teams look like every other listing, so the visitor learns nothing about the place they would work in.

What we do

What we deliver for coworking space rental.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Plan pages with their own search wording

A page each for hot desk, dedicated desk, cabin, meeting room and virtual office, using the words people type.

Result: Each plan has its own page and its own title.

  2. A search wording list

A list of the phrases freelancers, startups and remote teams use near you, taken from your enquiries and from search suggestions.

Result: You hold a list of the phrases your visitors used.

  3. Locality pages with real detail

Pages for the neighbourhoods you serve, covering travel routes, nearby food and transport, and the member types who work there.

Result: Every locality page names things a visitor can check on a map.

  4. Page titles and descriptions rewritten

Titles that name the plan, the place and the price basis, written for the person reading the result.

Result: The search result for each page says what it offers.

  5. A speed and phone check

A look at how the pages load on a mid-range phone, since a visitor first opens them there.

Result: Plan pages open and show prices on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long before the pages rank?
Nobody can give you a date. Rankings depend on competition in your area and on the pages themselves. We set a baseline for impressions and tour bookings from search, then compare against it.
Is one page for the whole space enough?
One page suits a single plan. Once you sell desks, cabins and rooms, each buyer has a different question, so each deserves a page. Splitting them also lets you show different prices and photos.
Do reviews affect search?
Reviews on your Maps profile affect the map results more than the website results. We treat the two together because the visitor reads both before booking.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
