Dairy farms · Digital marketing

Put the farm where buyers look first, then add the rest as the van fills.

Digital marketing for a dairy farm is the full set of online places where a milk buyer might meet the farm: search, the map, social media, WhatsApp and a simple site. GullySales works on which of these suits your herd and van, and in what order to use them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For dairy farms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The van sets the limit”

Online effort that brings fifty enquiries from places the van cannot reach wastes time and disappoints buyers. Decide the delivery area first, and let every online channel point only at those streets.

  • “Channels differ in what they deliver”

A map listing brings the buyer who wants milk now. Social posts bring the buyer who wants to know the farm. A WhatsApp group brings the neighbour's recommendation. Treating them as one thing hides which one is working.

  • “Paid promotion needs a small, clear target”

A promoted post aimed at a whole city is a gamble. Aimed at two apartment blocks near the route, with a trial offer, it can be judged by the next week's enquiries. Spend only where the van can follow.

  • “A farm's offline word still matters most”

Neighbour talk, a farm visit and a good first morning remain how buyers decide. Online work earns the introduction; the milk earns the subscription. The two have to say the same thing.

What we do

What we deliver for dairy farms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for your area

A short plan naming which channels to use first, based on your herd, your van and your buyers.

Result: You know where to put effort first and what to leave.

  2. A single farm identity

The same name, photographs, wording and contact on the site, the map, social pages and WhatsApp.

Result: A buyer who finds you anywhere sees the same farm.

  3. A simple enquiry route

A clear path from any online place to a person who replies, with the source of each enquiry noted.

Result: Every enquiry has a recorded origin.

  4. A small test for each channel

One modest, defined trial per channel, with a start, a stop and a note of what came from it.

Result: You see which channel earns its place.

  5. A review of results against the van

Enquiries, trials and subscribers read against delivery cost and litres sold.

Result: You judge marketing by milk delivered, not by clicks.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is digital marketing worth it for a small farm?
It is worth it if it fills routes you already drive. Start with the map listing and WhatsApp, which cost little, and add other things only when the van has room.
Do we need an agency running everything?
No. This is mostly a farm page, a listing and a chat set up well. We build the pieces and show your people how to run them.
Can digital marketing replace the dairy society?
Not at once. Keep the society as your base and use online work to move the litres you can sell directly at a better rate.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
