Dairy farms · WhatsApp marketing

Take milk orders where buyers already are: on WhatsApp, in their own language.

WhatsApp marketing for a dairy farm is using the app your buyers already open to take orders, send delivery notices and answer questions. GullySales works on the business profile, the replies, the broadcast lists and the rules for keeping the chat useful.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For dairy farms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The order begins and ends in the chat”

A household asks for a trial in a message, pays by a link in the same thread and reports a problem there too. A farm that treats WhatsApp as the main desk, not an afterthought, wins on how easily a buyer can reach a person.

  • “A personal number blurs farm and family”

When the farmer's own phone takes orders, messages arrive at midnight and get lost under family chats. A separate business number, with a clear greeting and set hours, keeps the buyer informed and the owner rested.

  • “Broadcasts can annoy as easily as help”

A subscriber wants to hear that tomorrow's milk will be late. They do not want a festival greeting every day. Send what the buyer can act on, and keep offers rare enough that the next message is still opened.

  • “Consent matters on every list”

Add a household to a broadcast only after they have agreed. Check the platform's current rules for business messaging, and give anyone an easy way to say stop. A buyer who feels spammed leaves the group and the farm.

What we do

What we deliver for dairy farms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business profile with the essentials

Farm name, products, delivery areas, order hours and a short greeting set up on the WhatsApp Business app.

Result: A new buyer sees who you are and how to order.

  2. Quick replies for common questions

Saved answers for rate, breed, area, trial and visit, ready to send in a tap.

Result: Staff answer the same question the same way, in seconds.

  3. Order and pause message formats

A simple way for a buyer to start, change, pause or stop an order using a few lines.

Result: Changes arrive in a form your staff can act on.

  4. Broadcast list rules

Who goes on which list, what is sent, how a person opts out and when the owner decides to send.

Result: Messages go only to people who agreed to receive them.

  5. Apartment group etiquette notes

Guidance on joining a residents' group, introducing the farm and answering without selling.

Result: The farm is welcomed into a group, not removed from it.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need the paid WhatsApp Business API?
Not to begin. The free WhatsApp Business app handles profiles, quick replies and small lists. A paid interface suits a farm with a large subscriber base and staff who share the inbox.
Can we add all our contacts to a broadcast?
Only those who agreed to hear from the farm. Adding people without asking risks complaints and a blocked number. Ask first, and keep a record of who said yes.
Should payments be taken on WhatsApp?
A payment link or UPI request sent in the chat is a familiar way to pay. Keep the receipt in the buyer's record so that dues and payments match.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
