Drone dealers and service providers · Digital marketing

Join search, video and WhatsApp into one route from a farm or site to your phone.

Digital marketing for a drone business is the combined use of search, maps, video, WhatsApp and paid reach to bring buyers to the right job page and then to a call. GullySales works on the order in which these are built and what each is asked to do.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For drone dealers and service providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Spend follows the season, and so should the plan”

Pushing paid reach for spraying in the wrong month wastes budget. A plan keyed to crop and construction calendars puts effort where buyers are already looking.

  • “Each channel has one task”

Search catches the buyer who already knows the job. Video shows the work. WhatsApp closes. Asking a single channel to do all three leaves gaps.

  • “Dealers and service firms need separate funnels”

A hardware buyer compares models and support. A service buyer wants proof and a visit. Combined campaigns send both to a page that serves neither.

  • “Measurement gets skipped”

A drone company may be unable to say where last season's jobs came from. Without a record of the source, the next season's budget is a guess. A simple note taken at the first call, repeated for every enquiry, is enough to remove the guess.

What we do

What we deliver for drone dealers and service providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan keyed to the calendar

Which job is promoted when, based on crop cycles and project seasons.

Result: Effort sits where buyers are looking.

  2. Separate routes for hardware and services

Landing pages and replies for each, with their own enquiry count.

Result: You can compare the two on their own terms.

  3. Job pages, listing and videos built first

The foundation set before any paid reach is tested.

Result: Paid traffic arrives at pages that work.

  4. A small paid test for one job

A limited trial reviewed against a baseline, within platform rules.

Result: You learn what paying adds before committing.

  5. A source record from the first call

Every enquiry marked with where it was found.

Result: Budget decisions rest on your own data.

  6. A shared dashboard of enquiries

A single sheet joining calls, forms and WhatsApp taps against the source.

Result: You read one picture instead of four.

  7. A list of channels deliberately left out

Platforms and ad types set aside until the basics work.

Result: Effort is not spread across channels you cannot answer.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is digital marketing worth it in a small town?
The buyers are in the district, so the listing, WhatsApp and the agri input network come first. Paid reach follows once those answer.
Do we need a large budget?
No. A modest test for one job tells you more than a broad spread. Amounts are for you to decide.
Can you promise sales from digital marketing?
No. We record your starting position and report enquiries and orders against it, and we say plainly what changed.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
