Effluent treatment plant companies · Content marketing

Write the guides a factory owner reads before calling any ETP firm.

Content marketing for an ETP company means writing guides, case notes and explainers that answer what an owner asks when a notice arrives. GullySales plans and drafts them with your engineers, so each piece is accurate for its industry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For effluent treatment plant companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The owner reads before calling”

Before phoning anyone, a plant head reads what a consent notice means and what a plant for their trade involves. The firm whose guide answers those questions is already trusted when the phone call happens.

  • “A case note beats a claim”

A short note on a dairy plant, covering the effluent, the design choice and the operating arrangement, tells a food owner more than a line saying you serve dairy. The note needs the client's permission and your engineer's facts.

  • “Rules differ by state and change”

Pollution board practice varies by state and shifts over time. Content that states a rule as fixed ages badly. Guides should explain the idea and tell the reader to check the current position with their board or consultant.

What we do

What we deliver for effluent treatment plant companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An explainer for each industry served

Plain guides on what the effluent of a dyeing unit, a dairy or an electroplater contains and how a plant treats it.

Result: A guide per trade, reviewed by your engineer.

  2. Case notes from commissioned plants

Short write-ups of plants with the client's permission, naming industry and process.

Result: Notes you can send with a quote.

  3. A guide to reading a board notice

Plain steps for an owner on what to gather and whom to ask.

Result: A page that serves an owner on the day of the notice.

  4. An article for association newsletters

Pieces sized for the textile, food or pharma associations you wish to reach.

Result: A ready article for an association editor.

  5. A content calendar tied to your site

A list of pieces, owners and the page each belongs on.

Result: A plan showing what is written and what is next.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who writes the technical parts?
GullySales drafts in plain language and your engineer checks every technical statement. Nothing goes live without that review.
Do we publish rules and limits?
We avoid fixed figures that change by state and body. Guides explain the principle and send readers to their own board or consultant for the current rule.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
