Effluent treatment plant companies · CRM

Keep every site visit, design basis and quote on one record with a name against it.

A CRM for an ETP company holds each factory, visit, design and quote so nothing lives only in a notebook. GullySales sets up a simple record in a tool your team will use, such as Zoho CRM or a shared sheet, and the rules for filling it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For effluent treatment plant companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visit notebook is the real database”

Effluent flow, chemicals used and the owner's concerns are written during the visit and then lost. Rebuilding the quote from memory takes effort and drops detail. One record per factory keeps the notes where the quote is written.

  • “A long sales cycle needs stages”

An ETP sale moves from enquiry through visit, design basis, quote, negotiation and order. Without stages, nobody can tell which quotes are alive. Stages also show where factories stall.

  • “Past plants are the cheapest next sale”

A factory you built for has spares, operation and upgrade needs. If commissioning dates and plant details sit in one record, your team can call at the right time instead of forgetting.

What we do

What we deliver for effluent treatment plant companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A factory record with visit notes

Fields for industry, effluent type, capacity, estate and the engineer's visit notes.

Result: One record per factory, readable by anyone on the team.

  2. Pipeline stages from enquiry to order

Stages matching your actual process, each with a clear exit.

Result: A board showing where each quote stands.

  3. A past-plant register

Plants built, commissioning dates and operation status.

Result: A list to call through for spares and upgrades.

  4. Source tagging on every enquiry

Notice, consultant, estate office, search or past plant recorded at entry.

Result: A count of enquiries by source.

  5. A short guide for your team

One page on what to enter, when and who owns it.

Result: A rule sheet that stops records going stale.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the CRM work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Map the sales process

We record how a deal actually moves from enquiry to close in your business today.

  2. 2

    Configure stages and fields

The CRM's pipeline and fields are built to match that process exactly, not a generic template.

  3. 3

    Set up automations

Reminders, assignment rules and follow-up triggers are configured so routine steps happen without manual effort.

  4. 4

    Test with real deals

We run the configuration against actual current deals to catch gaps before the whole team relies on it.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which tool should we use?
Whichever your team will open daily. A shared sheet is enough for a small firm, and Zoho CRM suits a larger one. We choose with you and keep the setup plain.
Who keeps it updated?
Each record has a named owner, the engineer or salesperson on the factory. We write the rule and check the habit with your team.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
