Equipment rental companies · Website

Show the machine the contractor searched for, with a way to ask for it now.

A website for a rental yard is a set of machine pages a contractor can land on from a phone search, read at a glance and send a reservation request from, standing on a dusty site. GullySales works on the machine pages, the request form, the credit application and the speed of the site on a mobile connection.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For equipment rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The searcher wants one machine and lands on a brochure”

Someone types the machine and the town and arrives on a homepage about the company's history. If the machine is not three taps away, the next result in the list gets the call.

  • “A request form that asks for everything is not completed”

A first-time visitor on a phone will not fill in a long form. Machine, dates, delivery or pickup and a phone number get the enquiry started; the rest is collected on the call.

  • “The credit application is a page and also a barrier”

Builders who want an account need a form, an insurance requirement and a clear answer on what happens next. A PDF that needs printing and scanning on a site office computer loses the account to a yard with a simple online form.

  • “Photographs of the actual fleet beat stock images”

A contractor judges condition at a glance. A clean photograph of the real unit, with the working height written beside it, answers the question a stock image of a generic lift never will.

What we do

What we deliver for equipment rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each machine type you rent

Specification, working height or dig depth, trailer or truck fit, attachments and the delivery option, on its own address.

Result: A search for that machine can land on your page.

  2. Rates shown as a range where you choose to publish

Day and week ranges for retail machines, with contract rates kept off the page and reached through the account route.

Result: The wrong caller is filtered out before the phone rings.

  3. A short reservation request

Machine, dates, delivery or pickup, site address and a phone number, sent straight to the counter and logged.

Result: Every request reaches a person and a record.

  4. An online credit application

A form that collects the business details and the insurance certificate, then tells the applicant what happens next.

Result: A new builder can start an account from a phone.

  5. Photographs of your own units

A shot list for the yard, covering each machine type with the plate and a scale reference, taken by your staff.

Result: The page shows what the contractor will actually receive.

  6. Call and form tracking set up

Calls from the site, form sends and reservation requests counted separately, by machine type.

Result: You can tell which pages bring enquiries and which do not.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need online reservations with live availability?
Not to begin with. A request form that reaches a person is the first step. Live availability depends on your rental software exposing it cleanly, and a wrong answer on the page is worse than none.
Should we keep our existing website or rebuild?
It depends on whether the site can hold a page for each machine type and a form that logs enquiries. We read what you have first and say what stays; a rebuild is recommended only when the existing site cannot do those two things.
What about the marketplaces, do we still need our own site?
Yes. A marketplace puts your fleet beside rivals and takes margin on the booking. Your own site is the place a repeat renter and a new account come directly, without a broker between you and the caller.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
