EV charging installation companies · Lead generation

Find the committees and facility heads who are about to ask for chargers.

Lead generation for an EV charging installer is the work of reaching a society secretary, facility head or fleet manager at the moment a charger request turns into a real project. GullySales works on the pages, ads and referral routes that bring in enquiries with a building and a bay count attached.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For EV charging installation companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The request starts in a chat group, not a search box”

A resident buys an electric car, the society group fills with messages, and the secretary is handed the job. The first search that follows is a worried one: apartment charger installation, who pays for the power. Your lead source is that moment, so the page has to settle the worry before it sells a single charger.

  • “A price query is not yet a lead”

Someone asking what a wall charger costs may own no parking bay at all. A lead for an installer has a building, a number of bays and a person who can agree to a survey. Counting every price query inflates the report and sends the survey team to addresses that were never going to buy.

  • “Dealers and electricians hear about charging first”

The showroom that sold the car and the electrician who rewired the flat are told about charging before any installer is. A plain route for them to pass on a name, with a record of who passed it, brings enquiries that no advertisement reaches.

  • “Offices and fleets come through another door”

A facility head or fleet manager does not search the way a resident does. The enquiry arrives through a management instruction, a vendor list or a colleague's mention. Outreach for these buyers leads with layout, bays and upkeep, and leaves the home charger story out.

What we do

What we deliver for EV charging installation companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An enquiry form built around the site

Fields for building type, number of bays, where the parking sits and who decides, so each enquiry reads as a project and not a price request.

Result: Every new enquiry shows a building type and a bay count.

  2. Search campaigns for apartment and home installation

Ads for installation searches from people who own a bay, with searches for public charging stations kept out of the spend.

Result: Spend sits against surveys booked, and station-hunting clicks are blocked.

  3. A referral route for dealers and electricians

A short form and one named contact, so a showroom or an electrician can pass on a building without writing a long message.

Result: Each referred building is tagged with the person who sent it.

  4. An outreach list of societies and offices

A list of apartment societies, office parks and hotels in the areas you serve, built from public listings, with a first message written for a secretary.

Result: You hold a named list to work through in place of a general hope.

  5. A written meaning of a qualified lead

A definition of a real enquiry agreed with your sales team, so marketing and sales count the same thing.

Result: Both teams report the same number of leads.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we buy leads from a listing portal?
A portal sends one enquiry to more than one installer, and the buyer compares price before any survey. Test it against a source where you are the only name the buyer hears, and compare the cost of each survey booked. Check the portal's current terms before paying.
Do we chase homes or societies?
Both fit, but they need separate routes. A home closes on a call and a visit, while a society closes through a committee and a general body meeting. Decide which pays for your survey team's time, then route each enquiry to its own follow-up.
How will we know where a lead came from?
Each enquiry carries a source tag from the form, the tracking number or the name of the referrer. Without that tag the report shows a pile of enquiries and gives no sign of which effort produced them.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
