EV charging installation companies · Social media

Show finished chargers where residents and committees already talk about them.

Social media marketing for an EV charging installer is the work of showing installed sites and answering charging questions where residents, owners and managers already gather. GullySales works on the posts, the short videos and the community presence that put your finished work in front of them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For EV charging installation companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The decision is discussed in resident groups”

The society WhatsApp group and the owners' forums decide whether a committee even looks for an installer. You are not in those rooms yourself, but a resident who has seen your finished bay on a feed can name you in the group.

  • “A finished bay is the strongest picture you own”

A tidy wall box, neat cabling and clear bay marking show care that a brochure cannot. With the committee's permission, a short clip of the finished bay tells a secretary exactly what the basement will look like afterwards.

  • “Facility heads read professional networks”

An office or hotel decision-maker looks at business networks, not family feeds. A post about a completed office park install, written around the panel work and the handover, reads as a reference to that audience.

  • “Posting about prices invites the wrong replies”

A price post draws comments from people with no parking bay and no committee, and the thread fills with comparisons to a charger sold online. Posts that explain a step of the install bring replies from owners with a real site.

What we do

What we deliver for EV charging installation companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A post series built from finished sites

Photographs and short clips of completed installs, with the building type and the work done, each cleared with the owner first.

Result: Each post shows a real site you fitted.

  2. Short explainers on load and billing

Plain posts and clips on spare load, sub-metering and who pays for units, each ending with a route to ask.

Result: Residents can send your explanation to their own committee.

  3. A profile set up for each platform

Profile text, links and pinned posts on the platforms your buyers use, written for a secretary or a facility head.

Result: A visitor knows in a moment what you install and where.

  4. Community replies and questions

A routine for answering charging questions in the groups and pages where you are allowed to take part.

Result: Questions get a real answer under your name.

  5. A calendar of install stories

A plan of which sites to feature and when, tied to handovers as they happen.

Result: Posts come from work you have actually done.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Which platform matters first for installers?
It depends on the buyer. Residents and committee members meet you on video and photo platforms, facility heads on the business network. Start where your last ten enquiries came from and add a platform only once the first one runs well.
Can we post photographs from inside a society?
Only with the committee's permission, and without showing residents, vehicle numbers or flat numbers. Ask at handover and keep the written reply. Check the platform's current rules on content before you boost any post.
Should we run paid posts?
Paid posts suit a clear offer such as a free survey for a society, aimed at the cities you serve. Without that offer, spend goes on likes from people who own no bay. Tie any boost to a form, not to reach.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
