EV charging station operators · Website

Build a site that sends a driver to a charger and a host to a conversation.

A website for a charging operator is the place where a driver checks a station, a fleet manager reads about billing and a property owner learns how hosting works. GullySales works on the structure, the pages and the forms.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For EV charging station operators

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page serves three visitors at once”

A driver, a fleet head and a host land on the same page with different questions. A clear split near the top, with one path for each, saves each from hunting through the menu.

  • “A station finder is only as good as its data”

A map with outdated stations sends a driver to a dead end. Keeping the finder current, with connector types and status, matters more than how the map looks.

  • “Host pages need proof they can forward”

A property manager needs to pass a page to an owner. Pages describing the arrangement, installation and maintenance, with photographs of running sites, answer the owner's first questions without a meeting.

  • “Forms should ask little and route well”

A long form loses a busy transport head. A short form that asks the role and the need, and sends the answer to the right person, is better than a general inbox that no one owns.

What we do

What we deliver for EV charging station operators.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page with three paths

Clear entry points for drivers, fleets and hosts, with the first action for each.

Result: Each visitor type finds a path within the first screen.

  2. A station directory

Pages for each station with connector types, power, bays, hours, photographs and a contact route.

Result: A driver can see what a station offers before leaving home.

  3. Host and fleet pages

Pages explaining the arrangement, billing, onboarding and support, with a form for each.

Result: A manager can read, forward and enquire from the same page.

  4. Forms that route

Separate forms for hosts, fleets and drivers sending enquiries to the named owner.

Result: Each form delivers to a person, not a shared inbox.

  5. A page-owner list

A list of who updates which page when hardware, tariffs or hours change.

Result: Every page has a named owner.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need our own app as well?
Not always. Drivers already hold several apps, so a clear website and listings in the apps they use may serve first. Decide on an app when a feature requires one.
What should be on the site before launch?
Station pages, a contact route, host and fleet pages and the policies a driver needs. Add route guides as stations open.
Can the site take payments?
It can link to your payment route if you have one. Keep the payment steps simple and test them on a real phone.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
