Farm automation companies · Digital marketing

Plan search, video, messages and dealers as one route from curiosity to a pilot.

Digital marketing for a farm automation company is the joined-up plan across search, video, WhatsApp, ads and dealer material that brings a grower to a working unit. GullySales works on which channel does which job, so the effort ends in demonstrations and pilots, not in clicks.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For farm automation companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Each channel does a different job”

Search finds the grower who already knows the problem. Video persuades the one who doubts. Messages hold the conversation and dealers carry trust. Treating all four as one pool of reach wastes effort on channels that cannot do the task.

  • “Online interest must end at a physical unit”

A farmer will click, watch and still want to see the controller run on a farm. Every digital step should point toward a demonstration visit or a call, not toward a form that no one answers.

  • “Digital spend follows the crop calendar”

Interest in irrigation and polyhouse control rises and falls with the farming year. Spending evenly across the year pays for attention at moments when the farmer is thinking of something else.

What we do

What we deliver for farm automation companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by buyer

A one-page plan stating which channel reaches the farmer, the estate manager, the polyhouse operator and the dealer, and what each should do.

Result: Each channel has a stated job and an owner on your team.

  2. Regional ad set

Ads in the district language inviting a farmer to see a unit working, with a phone call or WhatsApp button.

Result: The ad leads straight to a person, not a catalogue.

  3. A shared lead register

One record of every enquiry with source, district and the next step.

Result: You can compare sources by pilots started.

  4. A crop-calendar schedule

Dates for campaigns set against sowing, irrigation and polyhouse cycles in your districts.

Result: Campaign dates sit beside the farming dates they match.

  5. A reading of results

A plain account of demonstrations, pilots and orders by source, set beside the register from the start.

Result: The owner can see which effort produced orders.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small company start?
With the website, the business profile and a clip of a working unit, and a way to record every enquiry. Add ads once the route from enquiry to demonstration works.
How do we judge whether digital marketing works?
By demonstrations booked, pilots started and orders, read from your own register. Clicks and views alone say little about a product that is sold on a farm.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
