Farm consulting companies · Website

Build a site that shows the farms you have set up and the visit you sell.

A website for a farm consulting company is the place where a landowner, a bank officer or a CSR team checks that you have really worked on farms and finds how to book. GullySales plans the pages, writes them with you, and builds the form that brings in plots with details.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For farm consulting companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A visitor with a problem finds a list”

Someone with a salty borewell lands on a page of services and cannot find the words. A site with a page for each situation lets the visitor see their own problem named in the first line.

  • “Proof lives on farm pages”

Prospects want to see a farm: the land, the crop, the water, what you decided. A page per farm, with the owner's consent, does more than a paragraph of credentials about your qualifications.

  • “The booking step is missing”

A site that ends in a general contact form leaves the buyer to guess the next step. A page that says there is a paid first visit, what it covers and how to book it gives a serious owner a clear action.

  • “Phones carry the traffic”

Farm owners and their families open the site on a phone, on a weak connection, in a field or a bus. Heavy images and long forms lose them. Pages must load lightly and the form must be short.

What we do

What we deliver for farm consulting companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page plan from your three buyers

A list of pages for land buyers, farmers with a problem and institutions, with the first step on each.

Result: Each page has one named reader and one next step.

  2. Farm case pages

One page per set-up farm with the plot, the crop, the water source and the decisions, using photographs you have permission to show.

Result: Each page records the owner's consent.

  3. A paid-visit page

A page describing the visit, what the owner receives, what is not covered and how to book.

Result: A visitor can book without a phone call.

  4. An institutional page

A page for banks, FPOs and companies with a profile, kinds of engagement and a request route.

Result: An institutional buyer can request a profile in one step.

  5. A light, mobile-first build

Pages built to open on a phone with images sized for a weak connection, and a form that asks only what you need.

Result: The site can be opened and used from a phone.

  6. Basic security and ownership

The domain and hosting registered in your name, with the login details held by you.

Result: You hold the domain and every login.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many pages does a farm consultant need?
Enough to name each situation you handle and to show your farms, no more. A page for each of the three buyers and a few farm pages is a sound start.
Can we show client names?
Only with the owner's agreement. Some owners prefer to appear as a plot size and a district. Ask first and record the answer.
Who writes the page text?
GullySales drafts from your explanations and farm records, and you correct anything about crops, soil, water or rules. Nothing goes live until you have read it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
