Fitness franchise brands · Content marketing

Write for the candidate weighing three brands and the member weighing three gyms.

Content marketing for a fitness franchise brand is the writing and filming that answers questions before an owner or member has to ask. GullySales works on the guides, trainer profiles and studio stories that serve both audiences.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For fitness franchise brands

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Candidates need answers brochures skip”

Equipment cost, trainer certification, floor requirements and what head office does when membership slows are what a candidate searches for. A guide that answers them plainly is read in place of a competitor's glossy pack.

  • “Members want to know who coaches”

A profile of the trainer who runs the six o'clock batch, with their field and approach, answers a worry the price list never touches. Trainers are the product a member actually meets.

  • “Seasons set the topics”

January resolutions, monsoon indoor routines and summer-holiday batches each bring a different question. Content planned around these gives each outlet something useful to share at the right moment.

  • “Advice must stay general”

Writing on diet or injury that sounds personal can mislead a reader. Stay with how a class works, what to bring and how a first visit goes, and leave individual health questions to the trainer in person.

What we do

What we deliver for fitness franchise brands.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A candidate guide to opening a studio

A long page covering the format, space, equipment, training and support, written as questions.

Result: A candidate has one page to read before the first call.

  2. Trainer profile pages

One page per trainer with field, batch and approach, in the trainer's own plain words.

Result: Each outlet has trainers a member can read about.

  3. A first-visit guide

What to bring, who to ask for, how the trial runs and what the changing room offers.

Result: A nervous visitor knows what to expect at the door.

  4. A seasonal topic list

Ideas for January, monsoon and summer content, matched to the batches on offer.

Result: Outlets have a list to draw from.

  5. A short outlet story

A page on how one studio began, who runs it and what its batches are like.

Result: A candidate can see a running outlet described honestly.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should write the content?
Ideally the trainers and owners supply the substance and we shape it. Content in the real voice of the studio reads better than generic fitness writing.
Do we need a blog?
Only if you will keep it going. A small set of well-kept guides and profiles does more than a blog that stops after a few posts.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
