Fitness franchise brands · Lead generation

Two kinds of lead feed a fitness franchise, and each needs its own door.

Lead generation for a fitness franchise brand means bringing in two separate enquiries: candidates who could open a studio and members who could walk into one. GullySales works on the pages, ads and routing that keep the two streams apart and traced to their source.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For fitness franchise brands

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Candidates and members are different buyers”

A candidate with a vacant first-floor space wants the equipment package and the support head office gives. A member near an outlet wants a trial slot and a look at the changing room. One shared form sends the wrong follow-up to each and muddles the report.

  • “The space is the first filter”

A candidate without the floor area, ceiling height or floor strength a format needs cannot open it, however keen. A page that states these before the form saves head office from calls with people who were never going to qualify.

  • “Member enquiries land at the wrong desk”

An ad brings a member enquiry into head office while the outlet round the corner from the caller never hears of it. Routing by pincode to the nearest outlet decides whether a trial gets booked or a lead goes cold.

  • “The source disappears by the time of signing”

Franchise enquiries arrive from search, social media, referrals and trade events, and months later nobody recalls which one brought the signed owner. Without the source on the record, spend follows whichever channel is loudest.

What we do

What we deliver for fitness franchise brands.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Separate pages for owners and members

One page for people who want to open a studio and one for people who want to join, each with its own form and its own follow-up.

Result: Head office sees which door each enquiry came through.

  2. Pincode routing to the nearest outlet

A rule that sends a member enquiry to the outlet closest to the caller, with a named person to pick it up.

Result: Every member enquiry shows an outlet and an owner of the reply.

  3. A candidate form that asks about space

Questions on floor area, city, premises status and investment appetite, placed so a poor fit is clear before a call.

Result: Head office reads the space details before speaking to anyone.

  4. A source field on every enquiry

A required field, filled automatically where possible, recording search, social, referral or event for both streams.

Result: You can list signed owners and joined members by source.

  5. A trial offer page for each outlet

A page per outlet showing batch timings, trainers and the trial booking slot.

Result: A caller can book a trial without ringing the desk first.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should franchise and membership ads share a budget?
Keep them as two lines. The buyers, the pages and the follow-up differ, so a combined number hides which stream is working. Each gets its own source tag from the first click.
Can an outlet generate its own member leads?
Yes, within the brand's offer policy. Give the outlet a ready page and a booking link so its enquiries land in the same record as the rest and are not kept on one phone.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
