Franchise systems · Website

One domain, two front doors, and a locator that works on a phone.

A website for a franchisor serves a candidate looking for investment and territory facts, and a customer looking for the nearest outlet. GullySales builds the development section and the location pages as separate routes on one domain, with the figures held to your disclosure document.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For franchise systems

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The candidate and the customer arrive wanting opposite things”

One wants the investment range and what support looks like; the other wants an address and opening hours. A homepage that tries to serve both sends each to the wrong place. Two clear doors from the first screen solve it.

  • “The store locator is the most used page for customers”

A customer on a phone, standing in a street, wants the nearest unit and a button to call or get directions. A locator that needs a postcode typed three times, or lists a closed unit, loses the visit.

  • “Every figure on a development page is a representation”

A line about what owners take home, a payback claim or a headline return becomes a financial statement the moment it is published. Pages need a review step with your franchise counsel built in, not added after a complaint.

  • “Unit pages written from a template look like one page repeated”

Two hundred pages with only the town changed give a customer nothing and give a search engine little reason to show them. Each needs the neighbourhoods served, the services sold there and details only that unit holds.

What we do

What we deliver for franchise systems.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A development section with its own route

Pages on investment, territory, training, support and the path from enquiry to opening, with a form that asks capital, city and experience.

Result: Candidates find straight answers and arrive qualified.

  2. A location finder built for phones

Search by area or current position, showing the unit's address, hours, phone number and a directions link, kept in step with its Google profile.

Result: A customer finds the nearest open unit in a few taps.

  3. A page for each unit written for its territory

The neighbourhoods served, the services customers buy there and the contact for that unit, drafted from conversations with the owner.

Result: Each unit has something that can rank in its own area.

  4. A counsel review step in the publishing process

A fixed point where anything about earnings, fees or territory is sent to your franchise counsel before it goes live.

Result: Nothing touching performance is published unseen.

  5. Forms routed to the right person

Candidate forms to the development team, customer forms to the unit concerned, with a copy and a source tag in the CRM.

Result: No enquiry lands in a general inbox.

  6. Tracking set up by audience

Visits, form completions and calls recorded separately for candidates and customers, and by unit.

Result: You can see which pages produce owners and which produce bookings.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should franchise pages sit on our main website?
Yes, as a separate section on the same domain. Candidates and customers have different needs, so keep their routes apart from the first screen. One domain also keeps the strength of the brand's pages together instead of splitting it across two sites.
Can franchisees run their own websites?
It is cleaner if they do not. One system with a page per unit keeps the brand consistent and avoids owners outranking the head office listing. Where sites already exist, agree in writing what happens to them and to the links.
What should the page say about earnings?
Only what your Item 19 states, in the form it is stated there. A figure on a web page is treated like one in the disclosure document. Your franchise counsel confirms the wording before anything is published, and we leave out any claim the document does not support.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
