Healthcare franchise networks · Search engine optimisation

Make the network findable for the speciality and the locality, not only the brand name.

SEO for a healthcare franchise network is the work of making the network's pages, centre pages and doctor profiles appear when someone searches for a speciality in a locality, or for a clinic franchise to join. GullySales structures the site and the content so that the network and each centre can be found without health claims.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For healthcare franchise networks

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Patients search the problem, not the brand”

A person with an aching knee types the symptom and the area. A network that only publishes its brand story is invisible to that search, while a plain page on the service at the nearest centre can be found.

  • “One page for all centres hides every centre”

When a network lists every location on a single page, no centre has its own address, doctors or timings in a form a search engine can read. Each centre needs a page that is only about that centre.

  • “Partner searches are a separate audience”

A doctor asking which clinic franchise is worth joining searches in different words from a patient. Pages written for them need an answer on support, equipment and what head office controls, with no income claim.

  • “Health pages are read carefully”

Content on conditions is judged on who wrote it and how plainly it is sourced. A page with registered qualifications, a named reviewing doctor and a statement of what the centre does and does not treat reads as safer than a page of general reassurance.

What we do

What we deliver for healthcare franchise networks.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure with a page per centre and per speciality

Page types for the network, each centre, each speciality and each doctor, with internal links between them.

Result: A site map showing where each page type sits.

  2. Centre pages with address, timings and doctors

Each centre page carries the same name, address and phone details as its Google profile.

Result: Details on the page match the profile exactly.

  3. Plain-language service pages

Pages on what a service involves, who it is for and when to see a doctor, written without treatment or success claims.

Result: Each service page cleared by your medical adviser.

  4. A franchise partner section

Pages for clinicians and investors on support, equipment, training and the partner process.

Result: A partner section separate from the patient pages.

  5. A page-level technical check

Titles, headings, speed, mobile display and indexing for every page type.

Result: A list of fixes with the page each one belongs to.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will you promise us a ranking?
No. Nobody can promise a position. We work on structure, page content and listings, and show you which pages are indexed and which searches they appear for.
Can doctor profiles help search?
They can carry a doctor's registered qualifications, services and centre, which patients look for. Use the details as registered and the doctor's consent, and check council rules on how a doctor may be presented.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
