Healthcare franchise networks · Website

Build a site that serves the patient near a centre and the doctor weighing the network.

A website for a healthcare franchise network is the home of the brand pages, the centre pages, the doctor profiles and the partner section. GullySales plans the structure and writes the copy so each visitor finds their own path.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For healthcare franchise networks

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first screen must pick a visitor”

A patient wants a centre and a phone number. A clinician wants to know how to join. A first screen that serves only one of them sends the other away, so the page needs two clear paths.

  • “Every centre needs its own page”

A list of branches on one page gives no centre its own address, doctors or directions. A patient looking for the nearest centre should land on a page that is only about it.

  • “Doctor profiles carry weight and risk”

A visitor checks qualifications and registration before booking. A profile with details as registered builds trust, while one with an inflated title or a claim of results invites a complaint.

  • “The partner section must answer the practical questions”

A clinician reads about equipment, space, training and what head office controls. A section that holds back those answers behind a contact form reads as a sales trap.

What we do

What we deliver for healthcare franchise networks.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map for patients and partners

Pages for the brand, each centre, each speciality, each doctor and the partner journey.

Result: An agreed map before any page is written.

  2. Centre page template

A fixed layout with address, map, timings, doctors, services, phone and a booking prompt.

Result: One template used for every centre.

  3. Doctor profile template

Fields for registered qualifications, speciality, centre and days, filled from the doctor's own records.

Result: Profiles matching the doctor's records.

  4. A partner section for clinicians and investors

Pages on support, equipment, the partner process and the questions each reader asks, without income claims.

Result: A partner section with its own enquiry form.

  5. A disclaimer and consent layer

Wording on emergencies, general information and data consent, cleared by your adviser.

Result: A footer and form text your adviser has read.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the website include an emergency notice?
Where the centre is not an emergency service, say so plainly and name the nearest hospital. Your adviser should approve the wording.
Can the site carry patient stories?
Only if your adviser allows it and the patient has agreed in writing. Council rules on testimonials differ, so we do not draft any without that clearance.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
