Hydroponic farming companies · Digital marketing

Spend where the buyers of greens actually look, and leave out the rest.

Digital marketing for a hydroponic farm is the choice of which online channels to use, for which buyer, and what each is expected to do. GullySales builds a plan across your site, listing, social pages and WhatsApp, with each part tied to a buyer type.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For hydroponic farming companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Every channel is offered, few suit a farm”

Agencies pitch ads, influencers and portals to every business. A perishable product with a short delivery radius needs a narrower plan. The listing, the website and WhatsApp carry the weight, and the rest is added when the basics work.

  • “Kitchens and households are found in different places”

A chef is reached through a direct message, a call or a sample. A family is reached through society groups, schools and local pages. The plan treats these as separate routes, with separate wording and separate measures.

  • “Paid ads can bring enquiries you cannot supply”

An ad aimed at the whole city draws interest from places beyond your van. Without a radius and a clear offer, the farm spends on clicks it cannot serve. Ads wait until the delivery area and the stock are known.

  • “The method needs explaining before anything sells”

Hydroponics is new to a chef or a parent, so each channel has to carry a clear explanation of how the farm grows. The plan puts the explanation on the page first and sends traffic to it afterwards.

What we do

What we deliver for hydroponic farming companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by buyer type

For kitchens, stores, households and kit buyers, the channels to use, the message for each and the person who runs it.

Result: One page showing where each buyer is reached.

  2. A website and listing as the base

A clear site and a verified map listing, which every other channel points to.

Result: Every link from social or WhatsApp lands somewhere useful.

  3. A short list of measures

A few counts the owner can check, such as kitchens ordering and subscribers still ordering, set before work begins.

Result: A baseline you can compare against later.

  4. A paid test, only when ready

A small test with a stated radius, offer and landing page, run once the delivery area and stock are settled.

Result: A paid test with a clear stopping rule.

  5. A calendar tied to the farm

Campaigns aligned with the cutting schedule and the seasons of demand, such as festival menus or new kit launches.

Result: A plan that matches what the farm can supply.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we hire an influencer?
Only if their audience lives in your delivery area and cooks. A food creator in your city can introduce the farm to households. One with a national audience cannot. We check where the followers are before any approach.
How do we know what is working?
By counting orders and subscribers, not clicks. We set the measures at the start, ask each new buyer where they heard of you, and read the result against the baseline.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
