Medical equipment rental · Digital marketing

Bring search, map, messages and referrers together so the phone rings at the right time.

Digital marketing for a medical equipment renter joins the pieces that reach a family or an agency online: search, the map listing, WhatsApp, a website and some paid advertising. GullySales works on putting these in the right order for your area and your team's capacity.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For medical equipment rental

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels matter in a sequence”

Advertising sent to a site with no item pages wastes money, and pages without an answered phone waste the pages. The order is phone and replies first, then listing and pages, then paid search if it still makes sense.

  • “Paid search needs a ceiling”

Searches for urgent equipment can be costly, and callers who only wanted a price still click. A capped test, with calls tracked to rentals, shows whether the spend earns its place or should stop.

  • “The best channel may not be digital”

A name passed on by a coordinator or physiotherapist can outweigh any advertisement. Digital marketing should support this by making your name easy to find when the referral is checked.

  • “Rules shape what can be said”

Medical equipment advertising is regulated differently across states and devices. Claims about benefit or outcome belong to the doctor and the maker. Check with your own adviser before any advertisement runs.

What we do

What we deliver for medical equipment rental.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan in order of effort

A short plan putting phone and replies, listing and pages, referrers and paid search in the order that suits your team.

Result: You know what comes first and why.

  2. Item pages and a map listing

The pages and profile that make up the base for every other channel.

Result: Search and map both lead to a page or number that works.

  3. A capped paid-search test

A small campaign on item and area terms, with a spending limit you set and calls recorded against rentals.

Result: You see rentals from the test before deciding to continue.

  4. A tracking sheet for sources

Calls, messages, forms and referrals recorded by source against each rental.

Result: You can compare sources by the rentals they produced.

  5. A rule for claims and images

What the advertising may say and show, with patients, outcomes and treatment advice kept out.

Result: Each advertisement can be checked against the rule.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much should we spend on advertising?
Set the figure you are comfortable losing in a test. We do not name a budget, because it depends on your area and stock. Increase it only if the calls become rentals.
Do we need all the channels?
No. A small renter may do well with a map listing, item pages and WhatsApp alone. Add others when you can answer the extra calls.
Can you guarantee more rentals?
No. We set up and read the channels, and show what each produced. Rentals depend on your stock, your area and how your team answers.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
