Multi-location service businesses · Search engine optimisation

Give every branch a page that deserves to rank for its own neighbourhood.

SEO for a multi-location service business is the work of making each branch findable for the services people search near it, rather than ranking one brand page for the whole city. GullySales works on branch pages, service pages and the internal links that tie them together.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For multi-location service businesses

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “One page for ten branches ranks for none”

A single 'our locations' page lists addresses and says nothing a searcher wants. A client typing the service and the area needs a page that names the branch, the services done there, the staff, the fee and how to reach it.

  • “Copied pages are read as copies”

Ten branch pages with one paragraph and the area name swapped look thin to the search engine and to the visitor. Each page needs facts only that branch has: its team, its room, its timings, its nearby landmarks and its own questions.

  • “Branches compete with each other”

When two branches in one city target the same search with near-identical pages, the stronger one takes the result and the other sits unseen. Pages must be split by the area and the service each branch is set up to serve.

  • “The service matters as much as the place”

A lab group and a dental group both have branch pages, yet people search for a test or a procedure first. Service pages, linked to the branches that offer them, bring in the search that starts with the need and ends at the door.

What we do

What we deliver for multi-location service businesses.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A branch page template with real local fields

One structure for every branch holding address, map, timings, team, services and local questions, filled with facts specific to that location.

Result: No two branch pages read alike.

  2. Service pages linked to the branches that offer them

Each core service gets its own page listing which branches provide it, with a path from the service to the nearest branch.

Result: A search for the service lands on a page that points to a nearby branch.

  3. Keyword map by branch and service

A sheet shows which search each page is meant to win, so no two of your pages chase the same one.

Result: You can see where two of your own pages overlap.

  4. Internal links and a clean location structure

The location pages, service pages and blog posts link to each other in a pattern a visitor and a crawler can follow.

Result: Every branch page is reachable from the home page in few clicks.

  5. Consistent name, address and phone across the web

The branch details on the site, listings and directories are compared and corrected so they match.

Result: The same address appears everywhere a client might look.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is one site enough, or does each branch need its own?
One site with a strong page per branch is easier to maintain and shares authority across locations. Separate sites split effort and are not worth it unless branches are run as distinct brands.
Does branch SEO cover clinics and labs?
The method does, but health advertising rules differ by profession and state, so your doctors and adviser check the wording. We write pages from facts you confirm and make no outcome or ranking claims.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
