Multi-location service businesses · Website

Build one site that sends each visitor to the right door.

A website for a multi-location service business is a single site with a page for every branch, every service and every way to book. GullySales works on the structure, the branch pages and the booking route so a visitor reaches the nearest branch without hunting.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For multi-location service businesses

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first question is where”

A visitor wants the branch nearest to them, with timings, fee and a way to book. A site that opens with a brand story and hides the branch finder loses the client who came ready to book.

  • “Branch pages are the weakest part”

A list of addresses without photographs, team names or local detail tells the visitor nothing. A good branch page shows the place, the people, what is offered there and how to get in touch.

  • “Fees and slots disagree with the branch”

The site shows one price, the branch quotes another, and the client feels misled. One person should own the facts on each page, and branch managers should report changes so the site is corrected.

  • “Visitors arrive on a phone”

Clients tap a call button, a map link or a WhatsApp link from the page. If these are buried or point to the wrong number, the visit is wasted. The mobile page must put the call, directions and booking up front.

What we do

What we deliver for multi-location service businesses.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A location finder and branch pages

A finder that lists branches by area, and a full page for each with address, map, timings, team and services.

Result: A visitor reaches their nearest branch in few taps.

  2. Service pages linked to branches

A page for each main service showing which branches offer it and how to book.

Result: A visitor who starts from a need ends at a branch.

  3. Booking and enquiry forms with branch routing

Forms that carry the chosen branch and send the enquiry to that branch's manager.

Result: The right person receives each enquiry.

  4. Mobile call, map and WhatsApp buttons

Fixed buttons on each branch page pointing at that branch's own number and map pin.

Result: One tap calls the correct branch.

  5. A page-owner rule for facts

A named owner for each branch page who confirms fees, timings and staff, with a date to review.

Result: Facts on the site match what the branch says.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should each branch have its own website?
One site with branch pages is easier to keep accurate and gives every branch the strength of the whole. Separate sites make sense only if branches are run as distinct brands.
Who updates the site when a branch changes?
The branch manager reports the change and the named page owner makes it. We set up the process and the page structure so updates are small and do not need a redesign.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
