Nightclubs and discotheques · Digital marketing

Link search, Maps, social and messages into one route to a booking.

Digital marketing for a nightclub or discotheque joins search, maps, social media, messaging and the website into one path from interest to reservation. GullySales decides what each channel does and checks that each leads somewhere useful.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For nightclubs and discotheques

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels contradict one another”

The post says one start time, the listing another. A guest who spots a mismatch trusts neither.

  • “Boosting every post spends without aim”

Money put behind posts with no stated goal buys views, not bookings. The venue needs to choose between table bookings, lists and hire enquiries.

  • “The booking link is buried”

A strong post that sends the viewer to a homepage loses them. Each post should land on the exact page for that night.

  • “Likes are not covers”

A reaction count does not say who came. Matching enquiries to arrivals shows which channel works.

What we do

What we deliver for nightclubs and discotheques.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan

A statement of what search, Maps, Instagram and WhatsApp each do and where each sends the viewer.

Result: Every channel has a job.

  2. One description per night

An agreed description, time and link used on every platform.

    Result: Facts match everywhere.

  3. Paid campaign briefs

Plans with audience, message and destination, within the platform's current rules.

Result: Paid spend has a purpose.

  4. Source tracking

The channel noted on each enquiry in the club's record.

Result: The owner sees where bookings begin.

  5. A results review

Nights, sources and bookings compared, with what to keep and drop.

Result: Decisions rest on the club's own records.

  6. A Maps profile review

A check of the Google Business Profile for hours, entry notes, photographs and the booking link, with replies drafted to recent reviews in the manager's voice.

Result: The first thing a group sees on Maps is accurate.

  7. A weeknight push plan

A plan to give Tuesdays and Wednesdays a theme, a host and a booking route across search, social and messages, tracked apart from the weekend. The plan names the theme and the host for each of the two nights, the page each post lands on and the person who counts the enquiries that follow, so the club learns whether a Tuesday theme brings a booking or only a reaction.

Result: Weeknights are judged on their own enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a club start?
With the Maps profile, a booking page and a WhatsApp route, because those are where a group looks first and acts. Paid posts come after, once the club can see which route a booking began on.
Is a set number of bookings promised?
No. We build and track the path from interest to enquiry, and bookings follow the programme, the room and the weekend. Nothing about footfall or covers is guaranteed by GullySales.
Can ads feature drinks?
No. Alcohol advertising is restricted, and what a venue may post varies by state, so ask your own adviser. Paid work for the club stays on the music, the room and the booking step.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
