Pollution control equipment suppliers · Lead generation

Find the plants that need a stack fixed before the board's officer visits again.

Lead generation for a pollution control equipment supplier means finding the plant heads, EHS managers and consultants who have a dust, fume or flue gas problem and need a system sized for it. GullySales works on the sources that reach those people and on a record that shows which source brought which enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For pollution control equipment suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The notice creates the buyer, not the brochure”

A plant that has received a letter from the state board starts calling known suppliers at once. Leads of this kind come from being on the list of names already in the plant manager's phone and in the top results for the equipment search.

  • “A lead without a process is not yet a lead”

An enquiry that says only 'dust collector required' cannot be sized. The airflow, the material, the temperature and the stack height decide the design, so a lead becomes real only when those answers are written beside the name.

  • “Consultants and EPC firms send work you never see advertised”

New plants and expansions are specified by consultants who keep a short list of suppliers. Reaching them means putting a drawing and a reference in their hands before the project starts, not after the tender is out.

  • “Sister units and sites repeat the order”

A plant that bought a bag filter from you has other lines, other units and group companies. These leads cost a phone call, yet they are rarely listed anywhere, so they go to whoever kept in touch.

What we do

What we deliver for pollution control equipment suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A map of plants by source

A list of industries near you with furnaces, boilers, crushers, grinding lines and solvent use, sorted by the equipment each would need.

Result: You can see which plants to call for each system you supply.

  2. Search and marketplace enquiries in one record

Calls, website forms, IndiaMART leads and referrals are entered in a single sheet with the source named.

Result: Every enquiry shows where it came from.

  3. A first-call question sheet

Process, airflow, material, fuel, notice received and decision maker, asked in the same order by every caller.

Result: The sheet shows whether a lead can be sized.

  4. Consultant and EPC outreach list

Names of consultants and project firms in the industries you serve, with a pack sent to each.

Result: You know who has your drawings on file.

  5. Sister-plant tracking

A note on each customer's other units and group companies, with a reason to call.

Result: Existing customers are asked about their other sites.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do you buy lists of factories?
We build the list from industry knowledge, directories and your own enquiry history, then check it with your engineers. A bought list of company names says nothing about which plant has a furnace that needs a scrubber.
Can you promise a number of leads?
No. Leads depend on the equipment you supply, the region and the season of notices. We set up the sources, record where each enquiry comes from and show you which ones turn into quotations.
How do you treat plants that only want the lowest price?
They are recorded with the rest. The question sheet shows which ones have a real problem and a decision maker, so your engineers spend time on those first.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
