Preschool franchises · Content marketing

Write the answers a parent would otherwise ask the centre head at the gate.

Content marketing for a preschool franchise means publishing useful pages, notes and short videos that answer what parents and prospective owners are worried about. GullySales works on what to write, who checks it and where it is placed.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For preschool franchises

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Parents are worried about the same few things”

How will my child settle? What do they eat? Who is with them at closing time? Writing honest answers to these, from what teachers hear at tours, makes the centre sound like a place that has thought about the child.

  • “A curriculum brochure is not content”

Terms like activity-based or play-way describe a method to someone who already trusts the centre. A parent wants to read what a Tuesday looks like and what is sent home in the bag.

  • “Owners want the first year explained”

A teacher thinking of a centre asks how the first admissions arrive when the centre has no history. A plain article on the opening season, written with a running centre owner's input, is worth more than a brand video.

  • “Claims about learning need care”

Writing that a child will read earlier or perform better is an outcome claim. Education advertising rules differ by state and body. Content should describe the programme and the day, leaving results to be judged by parents.

What we do

What we deliver for preschool franchises.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A parent question bank

A list drawn from tours, calls and messages, sorted into settling, food, safety, fees and timings.

Result: The next page to write is decided by what parents asked.

  2. A day-in-the-centre series

Short pieces on arrival, circle time, snack, activity and pick-up, written from the real routine.

Result: A parent reads what the day involves before visiting.

  3. An owner guide to the first admission season

A plain-language article on what to prepare before opening and what to do in the first intake.

Result: A candidate reads it before speaking to the franchisor.

  4. A review of content against education advertising rules

Each piece read for outcome claims and comparison language before it goes out.

Result: Nothing published promises a result for a child.

  5. A reuse plan for each piece

How one article becomes a poster, a WhatsApp message and a talk at a society clubhouse.

Result: One piece of writing serves several places.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who writes the curriculum content?
The brand does. We write the marketing material and use the franchisor's own teaching material as source. We do not invent curriculum or learning claims.
Should we publish teacher profiles?
Only with the teacher's written consent, and only facts such as training and role. Ask your own adviser about any rule on qualifications you plan to mention.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
