Quarry equipment suppliers · Digital marketing

Join up the website, the phone and WhatsApp so a plant enquiry never goes unanswered.

Digital marketing for a quarry equipment supplier is the combined work of search, video, WhatsApp, referrals and follow-up that brings plant and parts buyers to a conversation. GullySales plans these around the way crusher-unit owners decide, and reads the results with you.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For quarry equipment suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels work alone and no one joins them”

A video is posted, a page is written and a salesperson rings, but nothing links them. The owner who watched the clip and then called gets asked basic questions as though nothing had happened, and trust drops.

  • “Spend follows habit, not evidence”

A budget set aside for a trade fair or a directory continues year after year without anyone checking whether it brings site visits. Reading the enquiry record shows which channels produce plants and which only produce calls.

  • “The owner takes the decision in person”

Plant is a large purchase and the owner wants to see a running machine and meet the engineer. Digital work brings the buyer to the point of a site visit; the visit and the order remain in-person work.

  • “Parts and plants need different handling”

A parts buyer wants stock and speed of dispatch. A plant buyer wants layout, output and finance. One message to both fits neither, so the channels need two lines of work with different pages and replies.

What we do

What we deliver for quarry equipment suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan

A plan naming the channels for plant buyers and for parts buyers, with the page, message or video each will carry.

Result: Each channel has a stated job and a person responsible.

  2. Line and parts pages

Pages on your site for each line and each wear-part range, ready to receive search and video traffic.

Result: Every campaign points to a page built for it.

  3. Enquiry record

A single sheet or CRM view that shows every enquiry with its source, plant type and district.

Result: Enquiries from every channel sit in one place.

  4. Test and drop routine

A review in which a channel that brings no site visits is paused and the effort is moved.

Result: You have a written note on why each channel stays or goes.

  5. Sales and marketing handover

A rule for when marketing passes an enquiry to a salesperson and what the salesperson records afterwards.

Result: Each enquiry has a named person within the same working day.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small supplier begin?
With a clear website, a business WhatsApp number and a list of units in the districts you serve. These three give every other channel a place to land. GullySales adds video and search once the base is working.
Can digital marketing replace dealer relationships?
No. Dealers and fabricators bring introductions that no page can. Digital work supports them by giving the owner something to read and watch after the introduction, and by finding buyers the dealers do not reach.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
