Rainwater harvesting companies · Content marketing

Explain the pit, the well and the tank so the owner asks for the right thing.

Content marketing for a rainwater harvesting company is the writing of guides, project stories and answers that teach an owner what to buy and why before the survey. GullySales works on turning your engineer's knowledge into pages and documents that owners, builders and consultants read.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For rainwater harvesting companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Owners do not know the words”

Pit, recharge well, storage tank and filter chamber are strange terms for a house owner. A guide that explains each in plain language, with what it suits and how it is cleaned, lets the owner ask for the right system.

  • “Your engineer's judgement is never written down”

Why this plot gets a pit and that plot gets a well, why this soil needs a bigger filter: the reasoning lives in one person. Written as short pieces, it becomes content competitors cannot copy.

  • “Maintenance is the content nobody publishes”

Owners worry about who cleans the filter and what happens after the first rain. A guide on upkeep reassures the buyer and also gives past customers a reason to call you back.

  • “Builders need a different document”

A site head wants to see drawing capability, plan approval support and completed projects on similar plots. A homeowner guide sent to a builder wastes their attention and your credibility.

What we do

What we deliver for rainwater harvesting companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plain guide to the four systems

A short explainer of pits, recharge wells, tanks and filters, written for a house owner, with what each suits and how it is cleaned.

Result: Your team sends one document before the quote conversation.

  2. Project stories from real sites

Each story covers the plot, the soil, the problem, what was built and what upkeep it needs, with names left out unless the owner agrees.

Result: A buyer reads about a plot like their own.

  3. An after-the-first-rain checklist

A one-page list of what the owner should check on the terrace, the filter and the pit once rain has fallen.

Result: The owner knows what a working system looks like.

  4. A pack for builders and consultants

Drawings capability, plan approval support, completed projects and the maintenance service, in a form a site head can forward.

Result: The specifier has a document to pass to the builder.

  5. Answers to the questions owners ask on site

The questions asked during surveys, collected and answered in plain pages that the crew can also read out.

Result: What owners ask on the terrace is answered on the site.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who writes the content, you or GullySales?
We write from what your engineers and site crew tell us, and your engineer reads each piece before it is used. We do not state local rules or results; owners must check with their own authority.
Should we publish prices?
Say what the quote includes and what depends on the soil, and leave out figures. Two plots with different soil get different quotes, and a published number sets an expectation you cannot meet.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
