Rainwater harvesting companies · Search engine optimisation

Be the page an owner finds when they search for a recharge pit in their city.

SEO for a rainwater harvesting company is the work of appearing when someone searches for a pit, a recharge well, a tank or a plan-approval drawing in a particular city. GullySales works on the pages, the wording and the project proof that make a search result look like a specialist and not a plumber.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For rainwater harvesting companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Every installer uses the same phrase”

Search for rainwater harvesting and the results all say they provide solutions. The page that names the plot type, the soil and the structure built stands apart from the pages written like a catalogue.

  • “Owners search by problem, not by product”

A borewell that has gone dry, a flooded compound after rain, a notice from the authority: these are the searches that come before the words recharge well. Pages that answer the problem catch the owner earlier.

  • “Builders search for the drawing, not the pit”

A site head looking for harvesting drawings for plan approval types a different phrase from a house owner. One page for both buyers loses the specifier, who wants to see drawings capability first.

  • “Seasonal searches vanish and the page goes stale”

Interest climbs before the rains and falls after them. A page left untouched through the dry months loses its place to a firm that kept adding project pages.

What we do

What we deliver for rainwater harvesting companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Pages for each system type

One page each for a house pit, a recharge well, a storage tank, a borewell recharge and a roof system, written around the choice the owner faces.

Result: Each system an owner searches for has a page that answers it.

  2. Project pages built on real sites

Each finished job described by plot, soil, structure and upkeep, with photographs where the owner allows them.

Result: A searcher can compare a finished job with their own plot.

  3. A page for the specifier

A page aimed at architects and builders covering drawings, plan approval support and the maintenance service.

Result: The site head reaches the drawings capability within the first screen.

  4. Problem pages for the dry-borewell and flood searches

Plain pages that explain why a borewell dries or a compound floods and what a harvesting system does about it, without promising a result.

Result: Searchers with a problem land on a page that starts with their problem.

  5. Titles and headings rewritten around the trade

Page titles and headings that name the structure and the city, replacing generic wording that matches every installer.

Result: The search result shows what you build, not a generic phrase.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Will SEO fill the months after the monsoon?
It builds the pages that are found when planning begins, which is when builders and architects look. We cannot promise rankings, but a site with project and specifier pages gives that buyer something to find in any month.
Should we write about local rules in our pages?
Only in general terms. Rules on harvesting differ by city and state and change, so owners must check with their own authority. We describe what you survey and draw, and leave approvals to the authority.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
