Renewable energy consultants · Website

Build a site that shows how you reason and asks for a scoping call.

A website for a renewable energy consultant is the place a finance head, promoter or developer judges your thinking and decides to call. GullySales works on the structure, the route pages, the paid first-study page and the enquiry form, with your team reviewing every technical statement.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For renewable energy consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A list of services tells a buyer nothing”

Words such as feasibility, advisory and tender support appear on every competitor's site. A visitor cannot tell who reasons well. Pages that work through a real decision, and say when a route is wrong, set an adviser apart.

  • “The homepage must say who you are not”

Visitors arrive suspecting a vendor in disguise. A clear statement that you do not sell or install equipment, placed high on the page, answers the doubt before it grows into a long first call.

  • “The paid first study needs its own page”

Without a described starting study, callers ask for a free opinion. A page that sets out the scope, the output a buyer receives and how to begin gives them something to accept instead.

  • “The form decides the quality of the call”

A form that asks site type, state, current arrangement and the decision being weighed lets a partner prepare. It also discourages students and vendors who would not answer such questions.

What we do

What we deliver for renewable energy consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure around decisions

Pages arranged by buyer type and decision, not by your internal service list.

Result: A visitor finds their question in one or two clicks.

  2. Route explainer pages

Plain pages for each route with a section on what the route is wrong for.

Result: Each page can be read and forwarded alone.

  3. The paid first-study page

What the starting study covers, what the buyer receives and how to ask for it.

Result: A page to point to when someone wants a free opinion.

  4. State pages with a dated review line

A page per state, kept general and checked by your team before it goes live.

Result: Readers see when each page was last reviewed.

  5. Enquiry form with qualifying fields

Site type, state, power use arrangement and the choice being weighed.

Result: Every enquiry arrives with context.

  6. Sample report extract page

An extract with client details removed, shown with a short note on how to read it.

Result: Visitors see your standard before they call.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a new website or can you improve ours?
That depends on what exists. If the structure suits decisions and the pages can be edited, we improve it. If not, a rebuild is cleaner. We tell you which after reading what you have.
Who checks the technical content?
Your partners do. We draft in plain words, then the person who knows the subject confirms each statement. No state rule or policy point is published without that review.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
