Restaurant franchise brands · Social media

Run one brand voice on social media while each outlet speaks to its own street.

Social media marketing for a restaurant franchise is the set of brand pages, outlet pages and posts that reach both diners and prospective franchisees. GullySales works on who posts what, how approved content reaches outlets and where a candidate is pointed after a reel.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For restaurant franchise brands

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A national reel gets views and no walk-ins”

Reach across the country does not fill a table on one road in Pune. Franchisees feel the gap and ask what the marketing contribution is for. Posts need a local layer, such as the outlet name, a locality tag or an offer tied to that address.

  • “Franchisee pages drift off the menu and off the brand”

An owner posts a photo of a dish the brand dropped or a price from last season. Free pages bring local life but also off-brand claims. A short approved library and a clear list of what an outlet may post keeps it close.

  • “The same page serves the diner and the investor”

A reel about a cheesy burger and a post about opening an outlet compete on one feed. Candidates need their own pinned post, highlights and a link that leads to the franchise page, apart from the ordering link.

  • “Comments about a bad meal sit unanswered”

A diner posts a complaint under a reel and no one at head office sees it. The next person reading the comments judges the whole network by that one unanswered line, and a candidate reads it too.

What we do

What we deliver for restaurant franchise brands.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting guide for franchisees

A short document on what outlets may post, what must be approved, the use of the logo and the dishes currently on the menu.

Result: Outlet pages stay on brand without constant checking.

  2. A library of approved posts and reels

Ready content with space for the outlet name, locality and offer, kept where every owner can reach it.

Result: An owner can post something good in minutes.

  3. A franchise route on the brand profile

A pinned post, highlights and a link leading to the franchise page and enquiry form.

Result: A candidate who sees a reel knows where to go next.

  4. A routing rule for comments and messages

A list of who answers what, with complaints passed to the outlet owner and sensitive ones to head office.

Result: No complaint sits unseen under a post.

  5. A record of which posts brought enquiries

A note of the messages and form fills that came from posts, set beside the posts themselves.

Result: You can see which content drew candidates and which drew diners.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these restaurant franchise brands.

  • Quick service and fast food brands selling kiosks and small outlets
  • Cafe and bakery chains selling shop-format franchises
  • Regional meal brands such as biryani, dosa and thali chains
  • Cloud kitchen brands franchising delivery-only units
  • Tea, juice and dessert counters selling low-footprint formats
  • Fine dining and casual dining brands selling full-service restaurants
  • Food court and mall outlet brands
  • Brands selling master or area rights to a regional operator

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should every outlet have its own Instagram page?
There are two routes. One brand page with local tags keeps the look uniform, while outlet pages add local warmth but need more oversight. We set out both for your network and you choose.
Can franchisees run their own paid ads?
Only if the brand sets the rules first on budget, creative and the offers allowed. Check the platform's current rules on advertising food, and keep the brand's approvals in writing.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
